Facebook Author Interviews
I recently discovered a great promoting tool, a facebook page called "Facebook Author Interviews."
I contacted them and was interviewed immediately.
I recommend this as a helpful promoting tool for other authors, as well as an interesting page to follow to read author interviews if you like to do that sort of thing.
Might be a great way to discover new reading material.

New Book Club
I started a Yahoo group called Anthea's Book Club. This is a place for authors to share and promote their books, and a place for readers to find books they might enjoy. I encourage authors and readers to join and share about their books, and write reviews of books they've enjoyed. I especially like to discover new indie authors.
