Well that didn't take long!

All six of our kids are off to school (finally!), and I'm back in the groove of writing, or should I say rewriting? I'm on page 80 of The Knowing. Can't wait to finish!
Back to the old keyboard....feels good....

Writing and rewriting!

Today is a beautiful rainy day in Maryland, and I can think of no place I'd rather be than at my computer writing, with my three pups laying nearby, the radio on, and a little heater behind me. Aaahh the feeling of jumping into a scene so completely that your surroundings disappear! What a fabulous feeling!!

The Knowing is a mystery with a paranormal twist about a seven-year old girl who goes missing from a small-town park. Today's scene sent me spiraling into an underground cavern, feeling her fear, and trembling right along with her as her captor stirred.....

Back to the keyboard now! Please remember to visit me this weekend at Borders, Germantown, MD, Saturday, 2-4pm! I'll be signing Megan's Way!

Want to chat? Sign onto The Women's Nest!

Peace,
Melissa
