I am a huge fan of Robin Renee Ray's writing, and am happy to say that she has amazed me once again! I absolutely loved, Uncertain Meanings. This book will have your emotions running the gauntlet; you'll laugh, cry, and cheer the characters on. Ms. Ray puts her character Crystal Rivers through quite a bit, but gives her the love and support of her Aunt Milly to get her through it all. Aunt Milly is a wonderful character, who is kind, loving, and very caring, but also has a bit of sass and is a spitfire, and reminds me of one of my own aunts. A great love story, mixed with suspense, and humor, that will keep you reading until you reach the last page. I was pleasantly surprised by this book.
It has everything you can hope for. You go from sorrow to laughter with suspense all thrown in together. I would recommend this book to just about anyone. It's just a real good book to curl up on the couch and read. Thank you Robin for writing this book . Can't wait to read the next one.

New BLOODBREEDER Release: The Book of Martin (The Beginning)
I could not be more proud to introduce the book that tells how my Bloodbreeder's came to be in the 5th book written in my series. However, The Beginning was the 5th book to come to life so that those who follow the Heroes of this tales adventures...can know where their roots were first planted and where those origins came from.

“It has taken two life times to create, as you said. And more normal and breeder slaves than any should ever own. It has three levels underneath as well. Maybe one night you will be able to have a look for yourself.”“I think the great room is plenty enough for one night. We leave in a few hours. So where is that wine and those women? We do not have until the crispy side of day. I have a home to finish and my workers will not do a damn thing without my whip,” Amir glanced back at Notap and shook his head no.Notap just stood there not knowing what to do. It felt like something had a hold of his thoughts, his actions, and there wasn’t anything he could do about it. That, he did not like. With all that he had he forced his head toward the door. “I am in control over my own body,” he hissed as he forced his right leg to take a step and then the left. “I belong to no one.”“Notap, come sit with your master,” Amir said and like magic Notap turned and walked over and sat down on a pillow at Amir’s feet.Zohar clapped his hands, “Yvette, our wine, now!”A young woman, slender, with waist length dark hair came walking out of one of the dark tunnels carrying a tray holding a vase and several wooden mugs. She wore a blue wrap-around cloth that covered her from her breasts to her feet and opened between her legs, almost showing her privates. The material was so thin you could see her entire body as if she wore nothing. Notap couldn’t stop staring and watched her every move. She poured a small amount in the mugs she handed Amir and Zohar, but was stopped when she went to fill a mug for Notap.“You may fill his to the top. Unlike you, he is given the choice of when he wants to be brought over. I told her that cries of never, never, never would not work. But they never listen. Now do as you are told and then leave my sight.”“I think you are beautiful,” Notap whispered, receiving a smack in the back of the head by Amir.“I tell you, normal…once you become a man and are one of us, you can have her. She is nothing but one in a hundred to me. Used women are just that, used women. Paluto also began laughing along with everyone else in the room, so Notap tried to laugh out louder than all of them. “If you are this sure of your best then make the bet and take the deal.”“You cannot take my best with your normal hands to his breeder strength. What games do you play at, boy?”“Your guards claimed I did not have a weapon and they are the best. I did not say a word.”“Does my best get you for the night if he pins you on the count of say…three?”Notap saw Amir shaking his head and knew he could not interrupt and demand anything other than give the order to take down Zohar’s best. “What say you, Amir?” Notap wanted to call him father, but had no idea what he had told the master of the keep.“I say do what you do best my son and make me proud.”“Yes…Father. Zohar, send out your best!”Everyone in the open room made their way to the walls, pulling the tables with them as they went. Some spoke among themselves, while others pushed and shoved, throwing things down on the table tops, betting on how long the normal would stand. Vibrations shook the wooden plank floor with each step. The biggest breeder that Notap had ever seen bent down to walk through the seven foot high archway and then take two more giant steps to stand in front of his master.Notap looked at the man-beast from the back of his large feet to the top of his shaggy head. He then looked around at his father who was tapping lightly at the left side of his chest, then looked over, adjusting the cloth as if someone were watching him.“This small normal wishes to try and beat you in battle. If you do your very best not to kill him, he will be yours this night,” Zohar paused as the man-beast growled out his approval. “But, also know that he will be doing his very best to kill you.” Those words had the entire room erupting in laughter again. “Pin him down for the count of three and you win. You will know if you lose because you will be dead,” Zohar shrugged. “Now go make your father proud.”Notap backed away as the big man turned to face him. “You are as ugly, as you are big. How did any change you and live to tell the tale?” The man-beast took three running steps, reaching down for Notap who was far too fast for the out-reached hands. Notap leaped up on one of the tables, moving right as one of the man-beast’s fists came crashing down. He was unbraiding his hair as fast as his legs would move to stay away from the creature that was chasing him, all the while giving the crowd a spectacular show. Feeling the string covered grip, Notap pulled the thin, six inch blade free.Running up behind the beast he sliced the back of his left knee and kept running, sliding under a table then moving quickly to the shelter of another, as the man-beast screamed out, making his way to crush another table to find his query. The other breeders began kicking at Notap to get him out of their area, seeing that the best had no care of who or what got in his way. Four male breeders already lay moaning on the floor, because of the weight of the man-beast’s fist.From in between two tables, Notap leaped out and hit the man-beast under the jaw with his thin dagger. Both stood there looking into the other’s eyes, both seeming to be a bit confused. Then the man-beast spit blood and coated Notap’s face and upper chest. He then backhanded Notap off of the table while he was trying to clear his eyes. As fast as the man-beast could move he was on top of his prey using one hand to hold him down on the floor.“Remember that pressure boy, which is the very thing that he will be doing this night,” Zohar yelled out, swatting Amir on the arm. “Looks like your son should have not spoken so soon. Maybe you should have taken him out more often.”“Maybe it is you who has spoken too soon, Zohar.”“You will never touch another, you pig,” Notap hissed as he shoved the dagger deeper into the man-beast’s heart. He then pulled his legs up and kicked out as hard as he could; hitting the end of his weapon and seconds later was covered in a thick black gore. “What in the stars is this?”“It means you won,” Amir said as he stood and started clapping. “My son of which I am very proud!”“Yes, he has done well this night. And the woman is yours. But, watch her well. She is not an old breeder, but a very crafty young one. She has never disagreed with a command and tries even harder to please than any I have owned. She is one I do not mind being rid of. The stars do not line up where she is concerned.”“She will be Notap’s problem, not mine. If she does get out of order, then he can be her whipping boy until he tires of it.” They shook hands and Amir stepped down to greet his son.“I won, Father. But, I do not know why he turned into this?” Notap turned his hands over to show his father the black gore.“The older that our kind are, the different our deaths become. Some turn to ash, some who are young remain the same, or simply wrinkle. But, you can ask your new servant to help with your bath once we return home.”“You bought her then?”“You won did you not?”“I did, but I did not think he would keep his word.”Amir cleaned at Notap’s face. “He does not trust her, or he sends her to seek information about us. I began writing Bloodbreeders: The Elder, book 5...and 6 in the series, this past week and have very much enjoyed my own continued adventure with my fang babies. I apologize to all who have been waiting as my 'semi-normal' world and health has decided to level out enough to allow me to get back to work. And I have NO plans on slowing down.
I would like to Thank all who have been so kind to stick with me and those who are still here after the lengthy time that I was away. Many blessing and super BIG hugs from a writer who is extremely grateful to have readers/friends/family of the Bloodbreeder clan such as all of you!!! Not to mention supporting me with the books that I have out there, that also needed attention in the worst way!
As a writer, I will do my best to not let you down and continue to release my work...and without a doubt, share by creating the rest of the Bloodbreeder's tale.

Dare I hit the open road alone? Or be one of those women who would NEVER go it alone?
Taking a two to three week road trip...alone! Staying only at places with electrical plugs.
I will be living in my truck with its camper shell. Cook on my mini grill and writing at least seven to eight hours a night or day?
Best part besides being alone...is having so many weapons that, that alone could get me busted. ; )
I hadn't told anyone in my family, other than my daughter...until last night when I finally told her dad. Yes, they all think I'm nuts....and maybe I am. BUT, I've lost my beautiful area of Burkett, Texas and will not be going there ever again.
Doing the price check. Camping in my big truck, also with me being small enough to climb through back window, where as I will not have to go in and out after dark. The trip will cut my cost by 3/4 compared to paying for a room for 14 to 21 days.
My plan is heading out by early November and to drive back in close to the end. I'll have take loads of good food, loads of healthy drinks..LOL Being I cannot eat anything goog,,lol
Personally....I cannot wait and I have a feeling that this is going to seem like a forever wait and I'm already packed..LOL
First question that I was asked: "Aren't you afraid?"
ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! If I could drive out tomorrow, I would have been gone today~

Getting ready to have my Biggest Contest of 2015
Hi All...
I will soon be doing a blog that will be the start of the Bloodbreeder contest.
It is in honor of my Bloodbreeder series and all questions will pertain to the four books. I have placed the series on sale on Amazon for $0.99 cents so those who haven't any knowledge about my bloodbreeders and want to join the fun....can snag them if they want. For prizes 2 and 3 you will not have to know all of the answers...but, you will for the chance to make it into the drawing for prize one. there will be a way to have your name placed into the hat of each prize drawing several times depending on what you know your going for. All will be explained the day the contest is released.
And yes, I will be giving hints where to find the answers in each book...but it wouldn't be sweet of me to make it TOO easy to those who are ready for the fun and have dove head first into the series since day one..LOL

As soon as everything arrives, I will build the blog and release it...I have the first "secret prize" for 2nd place in today so getting very EXICTED!!!! LOL Little hint: It is VERY dark purple and all will have to answer a question as to what its meaning is to the book. Shhhhh....book 4! Okay, that's it until the contest blog..LOL Any who come remotely close to the answer get an extra drawing for prize two for sure and if they have the contest answers correct it's an extra woohoo entry for prize one. Will give more info on the prizes for the winners of 2 and 3 on the blog release day....very soon!!!!
I will give everyone at least 3 to 4 week to scramble through the series and get their answers posted back on my blog after the gun goes off, so to speak. So there will be no rush!!! To me.... that would be the fairest way to have a contest that had anything to do with readers having to dig into a read. AND...what most would NOT do....if at any time someone needs to change an answer after their post..I will be happy to allow that!!!

So sorry that book one is all that I have in print at this time...but, that won't be a long change. ; )

So Much Book Work....Not Enough Brain Power~
So much book work….not enough brain power~
I have a little excitement that I cannot wait to share with my peeps who enjoy my style of writing. Book one in my second series is almost ready for its launch onto my list of what most would not expect from a Granny..LOL. I am doing my ‘Grandma Snoopy Dance’ because I have seen the cover of my Piper Vale book one and if I could create ….I would not be able to get Piper Vale’s introduction anywhere close to the ‘On The Money’ that Rebel Angel Designs did. But I will share when RAD is finished doing her magic!!!! She sure has an eye for creating!!!
I’m correcting what my editor sent me back and on Ch. 8 and will put in about 8 chapters a day until done. The reason I don’t just slam it out and be done with it is….I have started a short horror read and may have taken a pen name for the second read I started a week after the editing and short story hit. So now I am working on all three … a little on each one every day that I can get time to hit the keys. I always said I wouldn’t use a pen name, but I HAVE to write at least one thing in every genre out there….and the name of the last thing I began working on this month is: Animalist Desires…a full on lust at first sight small novella, very much erotic and could turn out to be a “love” thing? I really do not want my grand babies to grow into teens and see a read with my RRR on it….Labeled sexy romance. ; )
My short horror read …. Something I enjoy doing to get my brain in the mode to create…I write a short spooky tale? Secrets of the Swamp Fog which came to mind when my husband and I took our first trip to New Orleans, Louisiana. We were on the edge of the swamp land in the middle of nowhere and before it got too dark you could see the moss hanging on the slopped branches of the wide bottom root system trees that stood in the water. Not too long after it was good and dark, the fog rolled in like it was being poured out onto our vehicle. Pea soup fog is what my hubby called it. We drove on slowly until we found a rest-stop. Fog so thick you couldn’t see a car go by until the second it past and there was very little traffic out. Before we pulled over I went into warped mode and started telling hubby how cool it would be if a fog face slammed into the windshield and slid up, blackish mouth gapping wide as its thick fog hands gripped the windshield wipers as if it would help it stay longer to glare in at us.
“You have one sick mind, babe.”
“Can’t you see this being several short spooky reads?” I asked as he pulled into a serial killers perfect pit stop…to snag his next vehicle and leave the owners dead in the potty..LOL
“I just want to get off this road before we have an accident.”
“What if there is someone hiding in the fog by the bathroom, waiting to get us?” I snickered.
He parked, got out and relieved himself close behind the car and then got back in and said, “You can go up there and find out.”
“Oh sure. I come back to find the driver’s side door open, blood everywhere and the only sign of you is the drag marks leading deep into the fog.” Good thing I didn’t need the bathroom, I was freaking myself out a wee bit as well..LOL He would have never allowed me to go alone…just saying~
Hubby crashed and I used the dash GPS to watch a horror movie: One was The Texas Chainsaw Massacre and I think the other was Wrong Turn. Once he woke up and the fog was lifting due to the sun coming up….there went my movies..LOL
Best shot in Wrong Turn..LOLAnd then there is completing, The Book of Martin….so I can start Bloodbreeders: The Elders book 5.
It is a 'shhhhhh' thing. The Book of Martin (Marteen) tells all....from the beginning of the bloodbreeder's existence, as well as his own birth... taking us right up to the night he first saw Renee at the farm in book one. And we are talking taking our readers through thousands of years. So much work and not enough brain power or time! However….if I can get my time lined out, I may be able to pull off getting it all complete in a few weeks’ time. All but writing BB5, of course. Lots of hard work means no goofing off..LOL

Help Save the Miller's Home~
Hi all...I am doing a drive to help repair the Miller's badly damaged roof that has caused some inside damage as well that cannot be repaired until the main issues have been taken care of. The miller's are my parents and I have been doing everything in my power to gain the funds needed to get all done and was well on my way.
That is until our last hard rain and I truly found out how bad things really were and knew the funds that I had wouldn't come close. The ceiling in their back room came crashing down and all I could think was "Thank God no one was in that room!"
Now, my mom's favorite two rooms in this house has issues. The kitchen and dining room are drooping down and cracking as if they too will come crashing down if that roof doesn't hold the next time we have a hard rain.
This ongoing rain damage has also compromised their wiring and also needs to be repaired. If we cannot get these repairs taken care of....my worse fears is that my parents will lose the home they have lived in for 30 years. Not all in this world come from means and can afford when they live on disability. My mom is in a wheel chair and my dad has been disable for a long time. We try to help in every way we can, my husband and I...but he stopped working for three years to care full time for his parents, who both passed with cancer two years apart. God rest their souls.
So you see why I feel the need to reach out. We have fallen so far back with both of us not working...with me even taking off seven months from book work to help with the last details of my husbands families world....that I cannot do the repairs on my folks roof on my own???
I have several plans running. My goal to reach to meet the funds of the repairs is 25k...but with all the sales that I can make on all of my books and the signings that I am putting together close to home. Along with raffles for homemade quilts and such....this mission to save their home WILL be done!!!
If you could help just by sharing this blog would be huge~
