The "Truth Pill"... Take According To Instructions
I believe, like Einstein, that imagination and contemplation literally lead to creation in the most extreme sense of the word. Religion tends to limit, and even prohibit this paradigm. It's atypical for any theology to acknowledge the individual as the creator. Rather, it relegates this dynamic to "God".
For example, the very idea that we as humans need an advocate before "God" - e.g. Jesus, etc. - is a blatant example of the "separation" paradigm of which I speak.
Awareness is a function of consciousness, and consciousness IS "god".
True revelation is only remembering what we already know in that field of consciousness which we all share in common. But such revelation is not absolute but relative by design, encouraging experimentation, curiosity, creativity, growth, and infinite potential. Therefore understanding must be an ongoing unfoldment, rather than the static result of even the highest revelation of "truth", no matter what the source of that truth may be.
Contemplation is the ego's version of - or identification with - consciousness. Awareness is a natural result of consciousness. Understanding is largely a product of education and may not at all resemble or even reflect fact, but is generally based upon conditioning (i.e. education).
When we choose self-soverignty, self-actualization, and self-love over conditioned truth - no matter how profound or relevant was that truh at the moment of acheivement - we approach "god".
Our truth, then, if it is not constantly evolving will eventually become a trap to us to the same degree that it was once a "savior".
Religion is a perfect example of this dynamic. A similar example is Einstein's failed attempt to reconcile the "theory of everything" in opposition to the emerging sentiment in the scientific community toward Quantum theory. He spent the last ten years of his life opposing this theory based upon his preconceived notion that "God doesn't play dice" - his truth. What a waste!

Thoughts on the Mayan 2012 Prediction and the Aquarian Age
My books deal largely with what may be considered an alternative to the Mayan prophecy of "the end of the world" in December 2012.
In fact, 2012 is the date that the Mayan calendar ends, but no one really knows why. In addition to the fact that much of the Mayan intelligence was destroyed by the Church in its efforts to convert those poor Mayan savages ( :-/ ), there is also the theory that a key astronomical event occurs on that date, thus the Mayans were content to end their calendar there.
Be that as it may, the end of the long-count calendar (the current 26,000 year Grand Year), and of the Pisces age - thus th beginning of the Aquarian Age - is actually closer to 2040-2050.
Despite the trouble that exists in the world today I remain convinced that there is a "silent revolution" ocurring and developing in parallel to the current non-sustainable sytems that have been in place for the last several thousand years on this planet, which are now disintegrating before our eyes. As I talk with other people who are metaphysically inclined I find that we are sharing the same thoughts and feelings about our not-so-distant future that are optimistic and esoteric. And we have not been talking to each other, or even to the same sources.
My books deal with this dynamic, so I would like anyone so inclined to read them and give me feedback. However, I would also appreciate any of your thoughts here on this blog, as your comments could be very appropriate for my daily radio program, "Progressions of Consciousness", on which I am now running a series of programs called "Architects of the Aquarian Age" - based upon the three-part trilogy to which my books belong, having the same name.
