Night of the Nymph Preorder

The second book in my new Brotherhood of Blood - Wildwood series is now up for preorder! Just as a reminder, the first book, Dance of the Dryad, releases in less than 2 weeks on December 20th, then Night of the Nymph will release on January 17th. Get links on my site here: https://www.biancadarc.com/night-of-t..., and here's a bit about the book...
An ancient vampire, Marco senses a trespasser and expects a confrontation. What he finds is a beautiful, magical woman walking through his forest, talking to the trees. Enchanted by her innocent magic, he must discover more about her. The estate has an evil history and he’s been working to reclaim it. He’ll have to fight his own dark desires for this woman to discover if she is one of the good guys... or very, very bad.

Cover Reveal - Night of the Nymph

I revealed the cover for Night of the Nymph in my last newsletter, so it's about time to let everybody else see it. This is the second book in the Wildwood Quartet. Dance of the Dryad, which releases on 12/20 is the first. I'll be setting up the preorder for Night of the Nymph shortly. Stay tuned!

Dance of the Dryad Preorder

Dance of the Dryad is my next release, coming out on December 20, 2022. It picks up where Leviathan leaves off and circles back around to a story line I first started back in Wolf Hills. We're going to find the other Daughters of the Dryad, Leonora, and finally follow that thread of this multi-layered story. It's available for pre-order right now on most vendors (I'm still working to get it up in a few places). Get all the links on my website.
The audiobook version of Leviathan is due to be released any day now. It's been languishing in the "pending approval" part of Audible since October 5th, so it really should be going live any moment now. They claim it can take up to 2 weeks, but it's been a bit more than that, so I'm not sure what to think. I guess they're just backed up or something. Keep checking because it should go up for sale any time now. Sorry I can't be more exact than that.
As for what I'm working on now... I'm in the midst of writing Night of the Nymph, which is the book that directly follows Dance of the Dryad. I think I'm going to write all four of the books in that story line that I have planned and just get them done all at once. After that, I may go back to dragons early next year. Not sure yet. I'm just enjoying finally tying up dangling bits of story line such as the leviathan, and now, Leonora. I'll be revealing the cover art for Night of the Nymph in a couple of weeks, I think. It's gorgeous! :D

Leviathan in Audio & New Preorder

Leviathan will soon be in audio format! The production is done. It's just awaiting Audible approval. Judging by the last 2 books, it takes about 2 weeks, so if you're waiting for the audiobook, you don't have much longer to wait! :)
The narrator did a stellar job and I'm thrilled with her performance on this trilogy! She also narrated some of my Dragon Knights books that came out earlier this year. I hope to have her do more, but audio is super expensive to produce and so far, not many of my readers have opted to listen, rather than read. Oh, well.
After Leviathan, the next book in the overall series will be called Dance of the Dryad. It's already up for preorder on most vendor sites, but I'm still working on a couple and will have them up and running soon-ish. For now, if you interested in finding the links, check out my website: www.biancadarc.com and click on Coming Soon up at the top.
Thanks to you all for making the release of Leviathan such a great success! <3

Update
Leviathan releases next Tuesday in ebook, but by a quirk of fate, is already available in print. The audiobook version should be available in about 2-3 weeks, but I'll keep you all posted on that. As far as what's next...
I've been working with my cover artist to get the cover for my next project just right. It should be finalized within the next day or so, and I'll probably try to start the preorder for Dance of the Dryad over the weekend. Ideally, I'd like to have the preorder up and running by the time Leviathan releases.
Dance of the Dryad picks up where Leviathan leaves off and swings us back around to the Brotherhood of Blood story line that features the dryad Leonora. There will be a series of 4 books that will resolve the Leonora situation that began in Wolf Hills. Dance of the Dryad is already in edits and the first round is complete, so it's moving right along.
I'm writing book 2 in the quartet right now. Its title is Night of the Nymph and the hero is a vampire. I haven't written a bloodletter in a while, so it's a fun change for me. We've already finalized the cover for that book and it is SCRUMPTIOUS!!! I can't wait to reveal it to you all as the time draws closer. I anticipate releasing Dance of the Dryad in December and Night of the Nymph early next year.
I informally polled my facebook fan group and most said they wanted me to release Dance of the Dryad before Christmas. I'm considering it, even though conventional wisdom says not to release books between Thanksgiving and Christmas. I'm still thinking about it, but I need to decide so I can get the preorder up and running. Will keep you posted!

Leviathan Print Edition

Good news for print readers - the print edition of Leviathan released early and is now available on Amazon. The ebook releases in about a week and a half on 10/4 and is available for preorder now on multiple vendors. You can get all the links on my website.
And... for the first time ever, I'm including a link in this book to BONUS material for my newsletter subscribers. After you read Leviathan, if you want to see a bit of what happens next to that couple, including their return to (can't say where because: spoilers) and a little bit of their wedding(!), then all you have to do is subscribe to my newsletter and you'll get it for free.
If you're already a member of my newsletter list, you'll also get access to it, and you already know I don't spam anybody. At most, I send out maybe 1 to 2 newsletters per month, with actual news on new books and/or notices about free or sale books from myself and other authors. And, of course, you can always unsubscribe, so there's that option, if you really don't like newsletters. *shrug*
I'm in the middle of setting up all the automation that will allow people to sign up and then read the story either online, or to download it into their ereaders via BookFunnel. Hopefully (fingers crossed!) it goes smoothly because this is the first time I've ever done this and I'm so afraid I'll screw up some part of the rather convoluted process. LOL
Here's a bit about the book...
Nobody expects the eldest Morrow brother to do much against a menacing magical beast. They’re about to find out how very wrong they are.
Fully human, non-magical, but Special Forces to the core…
Deke is the designated heir to an ancient legacy that he doesn’t fully understand. Being non-magical in a family of powerful water elementals hasn’t always been easy, but he loves his brothers and sister and will do anything to help them defeat the leviathan – including risk his own life to find and use a legendary magical artifact.
A wood nymph with no real idea what she is…
Magical and mysterious, Cece has lived alone on her mountaintop since she was eighteen and her parents were killed in a wreck. She doesn’t know much about the power that awakened within her, but she takes her role as guardian of her woodland home very seriously. When Deke asks to search her forest for Poseidon’s Trident, she watches from the shadows, fascinated by the most intriguing and ruggedly handsome man she’s ever met.
Together, they will end the leviathan come hell or very high water…
Pursued by enemies, they fly to Grizzly Cove, there to join forces with the others who have gathered to try to defeat the leviathan once and for all, including Deke’s entire family. He never expected to fall in love with a woman of power, but Deke knows – if he survives the battle to come – he will never love another. Cece is his fated mate, if a human can have such a thing, and he plans to ask her to marry him once the business of the leviathan is well and truly settled. With that kind of incentive, the leviathan won’t know what hit it.
