Living in South Florida and enjoying the coastal lifestyle and the many recreational areas and other activities available to us. I served in the occupation of city management over a thirty year period. However, I keep busy writing, researching and with other activities.

I have written a few books, over 12,000 quotes and sayings but haven't published many until the last few years. If you have searched for my quotes you obviously know that I use a few different names. These include, Randolph, and RJ Intindola and every once in a while I publish a quote under the pen name of Gandolfo. You can find my quotes by searching any of the three names above.

And by the way, Gandolfo is the Italian translation of Randolph.

“The humble rarely brag about accomplishments because they are typically significant, and their mannerism is one of confidence; but those with low self-esteem have developed a character of conceit and deception. You’re thinking of one now.”
R.J. Intindola

“One who possesses significant low self-esteem, is more likely to betray you.”
RJ Intindola – (Gandolfo) – 1981

“Some friends are more significant and important than other friends. A special friend can often change your life for the better. You will know when this special person enters your life because of the respect you have for them. They will never lie or set you aside for someone or something else. You will have undying trust in this person that any words spoken will never find another ear. They always returned calls at the earliest possible time. They will check in often to see what is going on in your life and just talk. Your accomplishments will be applauded with praise and losses will never be repeated. This friend has you melted within their heart as you do theirs. When you find such a person be sure to return the love and understand they have gifted you and your life.”
R.J. Intindola

“With the passing of someone whom you loved and have lived with for many years, time will not heal the grief; it shall only alleviate the pain. And the fortunate, may learn to imitate the existence of a normal life.”
RJ Intindola – (Gandolfo) – 2022

“The evaluation of our personal purity and morality are not predicated on the opinions and assumptions of others, but instead by our heart and conscience.”
RJ Intindola – (Gandolfo) – 1975

“Then, there is the secret life.
There, alone and in our own realm.
Here, we fantasize about sex, romance,
and being wealthy. No one knows.
Except, when we cross over
and violate societal mores. We betray,
experience relationships that would be scorned
in the other two lives. And to the extent we deviate
from the norms, the greater amount of time
is expended for clandestine pursuits.
And we stay here because it’s addictive.”
RJ Intindola – (Gandolfo) – 2003

“Explain the message or thought to someone and they will usually forget. Attempt to educate them and they may remember. Include them in the process and they will gain wisdom. Action and participation are the strongest forms of communication.

RJ Intindola – (Gandolfo) – 1992”
RJ Intindola – (Gandolfo) – 1992

“We should always be braced to defend justice against injustice at all costs. For once injustice becomes tolerable, then our liberties shall be dismantled.”
