I work for 25 minutes, followed by a 5-minute break. It's amazing how much you can get done in that small period of time. That's usually enough for me to want to continue working. I also don't worry about the quality of my writing, at least initially. It's enough to just do it, and concentrate on editing and refining my work later on. My motto: progress, not perfection. (less)
