How to Align with Optimal Timelines
Tips for staying focused on better outcomes for all concerned
“… you know there is one subject that I feel is often neglected in all of the consciousness conversations? Oh, I know it is discusssed from time to time, but I don’t think it is emphasized enough in a pragmatic way! That is: how, literally the how, of aligning yourself with a desired outcome. You mentioned this in your letter briefly about how focusing on the problem reinforces the problem, but I still feel that most people don’t understand this. The outcome must be visualized, not the desired change. Lest one gets stuck in changes rather than outcomes. I will eagerly watch the IMEC talks from the summer, searching for anyone discussing this in particular. For instance, what works really well? At this point in the year 2024, there should be known pragmatic ways to experience new outcomes. What mindset is required? A lot of the conversations seem to revolve around someone having the ability to experience reality shifts. Oh, I know, I know, you discuss this in your book. But outside of the book, I feel that the subject is neglected. So that’s my goal for the winter, to search for additional pragmatic solutions to realizing desired outcomes.”First of all, I’d suggest when focusing on desired outcomes, start off with something that you can picture being the best for all concerned. The advantage of starting with such a focus is that we can all benefit from welcoming a possible reality where we can all prosper and thrive. One example of this would be focusing on Revhumanism as humanity’s future, rather than Transhumanism which is a path down a road where ultimately no more pure humans will exist. We are constantly learning more and more amazing news about how we homo sapiens–wise humans–are capable of transcending limitations naturally. Revhumanism is all about our ability to continue learning about the truly built-in miraculous bodies, minds, and emotional and spiritual being–and relating to technology without being devoured by it. We wise humans can relate to everyone with reverence, humility, and empathy–inviting us to actuate high-level sovereign agency. I suggest that we collectively keep asking “How good can it get for all of us?” and actively imagine a future in which we truly are the wise humans who can continually surprise ourselves with new ways of transcending all kind of challenges. I received a related question this past month from Nushy, who wrote:
“I love what you’ve shared over the years on reality shifting and your favourite question, how good can it get!!! has really helped me reframe my perspective recently when going through some tough times. My question has to do with something you’ve mentioned in several of your videos, which is to ask, “how good can it get” for all of us, including those who may hate us, or who have harmed us a great deal, or worse. How can I ask, “How good can it get for ALL of us,” when deep down, it feels inauthentic to wish for the good of these people? You’ve made some points in your video about the Hopi prophecy, but I hope you can elaborate or expand on them for those people, who like I, still find it a hard bridge to cross!”Nushy raises a fascinating point regarding the difficulty in asking “How good can it get?” for everyone, including those who may hate us or be harming us or others. I suggest that you start by asking, “How good can it get?” for yourself and for those who you genuinely feel inspired to ask such a thing. This practice of asking, “How good can it get?” can become quite spiritual, for those of us who consider being like God something we aspire to, in which case the questions naturally can be asked for ourselves each day, “How good can I get?” and “How God can I get?” When considering this natural flow of questioning, we can gain a more profound sense of our intrinsic desire for accessing our own true divinity. And when viewing all of this from a spiritual perspective, we can experience a revelatory moment of wishing for such intrinsic divinity to be found and felt in every being. Our own “Aha!” spiritual moments of gratitude to be in divine service can thus help us also wish such divinity for everyone. We can thus be authentic in wishing for the best for everyone–including those who are not the most exemplary humans–as we sense a higher order of divine orchestration and harmonious coordination assisting each and every one of us. Once we start with establishing a vision of optimal long-term outcomes for all concerned, we might best answer Jon’s interesting question on an individual basis, with consideration for the great deal of individuality and uniqueness in every person. There may not be one best “one-size-fits-all” methodology that everyone can utilize, since individual differences exist. It seems evident to me that this is why teaching of these types of techniques have traditionally been passed from shaman to apprentice practitioners in sacred (secret) training. Such a focus on individual instruction matters, because there exist tremendous differences from one person to the next. For example, some people are good visualizers, and can imagine an image of what an alternate timeline looks and feels like, while others don’t picture mental scenes much at all. Since two of the basic elements of tuning in adjacent possible timelines are memories and imagination, working to optimize your ability to imagine positive possible futures–and positive possible pasts–can be tremendously helpful. Developing your focus of attention to stay on track despite distractions is thus an excellent skill to develop. Another skill I find essential is the ability to “pick up” or sense subtle ideas, energies, feelings, insights, and messages. With awareness of individual unique mindsets, skills, experience, and abilities, there are some things we can do to improve results. One of the best first things we can each do is to pay close attention to what we have noticed as being the most effective, most powerful techniques and methods for us personally. We can make note of instances when we recognize a connection between having focused intention and attention on a desired outcome, and it manifesting. Even “small” successes are worth noting.

The New Earth is arriving now
While currently in a superposition of states, this “same train, different tracks” New World can be discerned via noting Instantaneous Manifestation VS Drama and Trauma
Hello, wise human!
I have just recently returned from our wonderful Mandela Effect conference that was held in Nashville, Tennessee. This IMEC24 gathering was profoundly meaningful for those of us recognizing the heartfelt sincerity and passion shared by presenters and attendees. I am grateful that we were able to share information about the Mandela Effect, which is likely the most important topic for humanity at this time. The Mandela Effect can more accurately be called “collective alternative memories,” since this phenomenon is being noticed by individuals who are not suffering from “false memories” in other parts of their lives.
At our IMEC24 conference in Nashville, Tennessee on November 8, 2024, I was amazed to hear IMEC24 speaker, Lee Allen Boggess, mention in his presentation that those of us experiecing the Mandela Effect shared a sensation of being on a train where we can see that “the track is being built in front of us.” IMEC24 speaker, Pippa Oona also mentioned the concept of a train, in her talk about timelines and co-creating our reality. The symbolism of a train in a dream suggests movement of collective consciousness, and the tracks the train travels relate to timelines of reality selection that we share. These references to those of us experiencing reality shifts and the Mandela Effect being on a train reminded me of a powerful “true dream” I’d written down and shared with a friend in May 2023.
Hearing about these references to the symbolism of being on a train relating to the Mandela Effect and our collective timeline selection reminded me that when I had been investigating catastrophic earth disasters that happen in approximately 12,000 year cycles—with apocalyptic warnings such as can be found on Pillar 43, “the Vulture Stone” at the ancient prehistoric site of Gobekli Tepe in Turkey. While it seems clear that ancient monuments such as this appear to present us with warnings about possibilities of great danger, every time I contemplate such apocalyptic cycles recently, I am inspired to consider my “train dream” of May 2023. At the time, I had yet to be intuitively nudged to wrap up my book about the Mandela Effect, with its tips and pointers about how we can collectively select optimal timelines as the homo sapiens or “wise humans” we can truly be.
May 12, 2023 CSL Train Dream
I awakened on May 12, 2023 remembering a dream in which I was at a place like Disneyland, with lots of beautifully designed buildings presenting enjoyable ambiance of feeling as if we were walking through a beautiful Swiss alpine village, nestled at the foot of mountains and featuring timber features. I walked with others to a train ride, that seemed to be something like a cross between a roller coaster and a pleasant scenic ride providing views of the theme park. As I joined a relatively short line to board a train on this ride, I noted that I was experiencing a little bit of a behind-the-scenes glimpse of one of the rides.
What I noticed most strikingly in this dream was awareness that riders on the train ride were unknowingly experiencing two different versions of what appeared at first glance to be the same ride—because the ride invisibly sorted trains out to either go on tracks that branched to the left, while another track branched to the right. This fork in the tracks was apparently invisible to most people, since nobody mentioned it, and riders returning from the ride did not ask where the others had gone, as if assuming everyone had experienced exactly the same ride.
While some of the passengers experienced the ride on the right hand set of tracks, and others on the left, they both started on the left, so I could see how unless they were able to see the fork in the tracks, this train ride seemed like the same experience, although I could clearly see that it wasn’t. I noted that people returning from the train ride that branched off to the right shared the typical giddy joy of having returned from a roller coaster, while the ride that branched off to the left seemed to leave riders in a relaxed, refreshed and revitalized vibe. The two rides were quite different in terms of what they could see when looking out around to either side of the train track. I was intrigued by the way that people on this split-track train ride had no idea that trains of riders in cars had been split up like this.
In one part of this train dream, I experienced an opportunity that was part of left side of train ride, where any time I felt my heart leap out toward something I was viewing alongside the train track, the train would slow to a gentle stop, and we could get off of the train, and walk around in the make-believe backstage set area. The little houses in the make-believe villages were adorable, and although they seemed at first like play houses, when we walked inside them to check them out, I was surprised to find that they had working kitchens, with dining areas, and all sorts of food, snacks, and amenities. Any time someone opened a cupboard or refrigerator, the item sought was instantly found, as if everything we might imagine needing would instantly be provided. I was surprised to see a friend who must have been riding on a prior train in one home’s kitchen, looking for something to drink, and I didn’t even know he was on this ride! He was there with his two sons, and they were enjoying this ride as if it was a vacation home and they were spending the week enjoying the sights.
The thing I liked best about getting off the train and walking around this imaginary wonderland was how beautiful everything was. It felt better than being inside of the most beautiful fantasy movie, like a Disney movie, or “The Sound of Music.” There was a sense of living life outside of regular linear time, and a sense of feeling the bliss of witnessing anything being thought instantly manifesting, as if in a dream-come-true. There were beautiful cobblestone streets with perfect little houses and shops and gardens , and a lovely stream and beautiful hills and trees and flowers. Everything felt calm, peaceful, relaxed, and safe. It was so quiet, and I felt like I could easily get a chance to talk to other people on the ride without anyone feeling rushed or in a hurry to get things done or get somewhere. We shared a sense of having all the time in the world to walk around with no worries about needing to return to the train ride we were on.
In another part of the dream, I was swimming in a pool that I’d seen somewhere off to the side of the ride and felt inspired to visit, when I saw a dime at the bottom of the pool. I swam down to get it, and noticed that it took all of my focus and drive to push against very strong currents at the bottom of this pool, serving to keep people away from the bottom corners near the walls. I was able to collect the dime, when I also noticed there was a quarter down there, too, so I also gathered it up from the floor of the pool. These dreams felt a bit like the way real life has a dreamlike eternal-spiritual hidden foundation to it, like the behind-the-scenes part of my dream where we could step outside of time. Some people don’t yet realize that this foundational spiritual reality even exists. The dime symbolizes God to me, and finding it at the bottom of the pool to me represents seeking and finding God in the subconscious, regardless what may seem to be going on.
May 13, 2023 Dime appears
On the morning of May 13, 2023, I walked outside several times along our front walkway, always looking down to make sure my footing is good, rather than taking any chances at making a misstep. I had walked back-and-forth at least three times, when, on the fourth time I was walking back from the street towards the porch, I found a dime that had not been there when I’d just walked that way a few moments before! Finding dimes is very symbolically significant for me on any given day. But this day was extraordinary, because I was still contemplating my train dream from the day before.
I felt like this dime that I found in real life is a message showing that the dream manifestation I’d witnessed in my Train Dream can easily and smoothly find its way into “ordinary” daily life. This dime that appeared out of nowhere on my front walkway matched the dime I found when swimming in my dream the night before. Dimes represent our connection to God to me, and that’s what made finding a dime in my dream so extraordinarily precious to me, and why I worked so hard to retrieve it from the bottom of that pool in my dream.
One thing about the dream that occurred to me the more I thought about it is the significance and the way the people on the train seem to make a split on the ride, such that the majority of passengers experienced the rather predictable roller coaster ride that one would expect at a theme park or amusement park. And yet some passengers were so much in tune with the train itself, that our very thoughts brought the train to a stop in those places we found most beautiful and engaging. We could then seemingly spend hours, days, or weeks hanging out and enjoying those recreational spaces as if we were enjoying our own personal vacation getaway… and we experienced time in the outside world apparently coming to stop for us. And at whatever point where we felt we had enough fun in any given spot, we’d be back on our train, and it would arrive back at the end of the ride as if we had been on the regular ride—and only taking whatever typical amount of time that the regular ride requires.
At the time I had this Train Dream and experience with the dime, I’d been reading books by Rudolf Steiner, where he describes the importance of making sure that when you enter the spiritual realm, you do not bring your daily mindset with you—and when you return from the spiritual realm, you clearly remember the gifts and lessons and wisdom you have received. Steiner represents this in the form of some guardian, which is rather demanding when people make this back-and-forth transition between the two realms.
In my daily work with clients I coach or mentor, I go back-and-forth with this transition rather routinely, although the kind of changes that I see happen in the spiritual realm sometimes present evidence of themselves in regular physical material reality. So going back to the dream and the dime, it feels amazing to actually find a dime that I’m certain was not really there earlier this morning! And I wasn’t the only one walking back-and-forth on that path… my daughter had also been walking back-and-forth on it, too! For certain one of us would’ve seen it. When I showed the dime to her, she commented, “how strange!” Precisely, because she had been walking back-and-forth exactly over the place where I found it, and she and I had not dropped it.
My Train Dream and the appearance of the dime are very auspicious signs, at this time when I am investigating catastrophic earth disasters happening in roughtly 12,000 year cycles. The message I am receiving is that while all of us may feel we live in the same world, those of us experiencing reality shifts, quantum jumps, and the Mandela Effect are becoming increasingly aware of existence of subjective realities. Some of us are experiencing instantaneous manifestation, where whatever we think and feel is more rapidly appearing in our lives. Those of us becoming aware of this bifurcation from linear time are increasingly experiencing life as if we are seem to be on the same world, yet somehow different timeline.
There is no doubt that the Mandela Effect is spiritual experience. Clearly, there are responsibilities when we homo sapients “wise humans” are entrusted with the gift of instantaneous manifestation. We do well to only ever wish the best for all, and to transcend dead-end, restrictive patterns of emotional and energetic drama and trauma, such as described by the Karpman Drama triangle. Thanks to our natural divine gift and quantum superpower of Observation—choosing what questions we feel greatest need to experience answers to—humanity is poised to co-create our own ascension and evolution at this time. We can discern which “train tracks” we’re on—based on whether we note that we are experiencing the path of instantaneous manifestation and co-creation, or cycles of energetic, emotional and karmic drama.

NPCs, Enlightenment, Operators, and Things
What is the role of NPCs?
“How do you feel about the possible existence of NPCs?”Who Are We? I love these questions about NPCs (non-player characters) and how best to progress through our lives once we are aware that we can steer our lives, since they invite us to consider who we are. And the matter of who we are is one of the biggest, most unexplored questions. While we typically think of ourselves as singular individuals, perhaps a more accurate way to view ourselves is as levels of awareness. We can get a feeling of some of our levels of self when we notice in meditative states that we can be aware of simultaneously being both mortal Actors on the stage of life, and conscious Observers with awareness that we are not the emotions and thoughts running through us, but rather the consciousness observing these thoughts and feelings. We can see further evidence of having more than one sense of self or “Me” by considering how we have neural centers in our brains, in our hearts, and in our guts. We can benefit greatly by simply listening to our heads, hearts, and guts, and noticing if and when we discern uneasiness or misgivings that may be alerting us to something going on that we’d do well to pay attention to. Who are NPCs? There have been many metaphors shared in recent years by people attempting to describe what’s going on with so-called “Non-Player Characters.” In computer games, these are the “extras” who are not the lead characters, but rather are on the side-lines, filling in necessary functions as shopkeepers, for example. In real life, some people wonder about people who do not seem to be Seekers–who do not talk about observing their own thoughts and feelings, nor have much (if any) interest in exploring such topics as the true nature of reality, or who we really are. Some people point out that NPCs don’t change–they follow some kind of set pattern for how to think, speak, and behave, and they just stick to that, as if they’re on auto-pilot. My take on NPCs is that they might be considered to be a starting point for spiritual evolution–a point of living a pre-patterned life. They are therefore not expendable, like the unfortunate red-shirted Starfleet characters in the original Star Trek episodes, who would notoriously wind up on dangerous “away team” missions, and not always return to the Enterprise. I don’t as a rule use the term “NPC,” since it seems to have somewhat of a negative connotation to it, with a vibe of someone who is at best clueless and uninformed, and at worst part of the manpower fueling all that is going wrong with the world. I love the idea that NPC behavior is indicative of slow awakening, like flower buds gently opening, each at their own natural pace. We might then view people who seem to be asleep as Baby or Infant souls, who are developing ethical awareness and empathy by learning through experiences. When seen from the right vantage point, this process of soul maturation can be a beautiful, soul-stirring sight. There is advantage to choose to be kind, and to choose to be loving at every level of development, and to become courageous instead of fearful on this path. Operators and Things One of the most interesting books I’ve ever seen that addresses the matter of NPCs is called, Operators and Things, written by Barbara O’Brien in 1958. O’Brien describes her descent into schizophrenia, followed by a return to good mental health in this book–along the way sharing startling insights regarding how people can be influenced by “Hook Operators” who nudge and influence people to think, speak and behave differently than they would otherwise. One such individual described the relationship between Operators and Things and the ease by which Operators (the unconscious mind) can penetrates the minds of Things (the conscious mind) at any level thusly:
“Things… Think of the word with a capital initial, if you like. It may help your ego a bit. All people like you are Things to us–Things whose minds can be read and whose thoughts can be initiated and whose actions can be motivated. Does that surprise you? It goes on all the time. There is some, but far less free will than you imagine. A Thing does what some Operator wants it to do, only it remains under the impression that its thoughts originate in its own mind. Actually, you have more free will at this moment than most of your kind ever have. For you at least know that what we are saying is coming from us, not from you.”This ease of accessibility reminds me of how we humans can enjoy a higher dimensional view of hypothetical residents of Flatland, such that the lines, dots, circles and squares depicted on a page can be easily viewed by us from a birds-eye-view, thanks to our ease in navigating 2D reality, since our spatial reality is 3D. Just as we can look down at the 2D world and instantly see everything clearly laid out and nothing hidden, beings adept at higher dimensional levels could thus instantly see our entire world at a glance, with nothing hidden. O’Brien points out in Operators and Things that one quality that schizophrenics have in common is that they are uniquely gifted at accurately noticing and pointing out psychological vulnerabilities of their psychiatrists and analysts. O’Brien herself seems to clearly benefit from a string of exceptionally beneficial psychic / intuitive insights that help her evade capture by a mountain lion in one incident, make a series of successful monetary gambles in Las Vegas when she was in need of cash, and intuitively know precisely when to send a very short letter to a friend when that letter resulted in more much-needed money coming her way. It’s clear when O’Brien received helpful information that she was being inspired by what we might consider to be angels. During times when O’Brien could hear what she called “Hook Operators,” she was not always so delighted by what she was hearing, or what they were inspiring her to do. O’Brien could see how Hook Operators were influencing people around her, by first targeting psychologically weak areas where people had doubts and feelings of insecurity, and then suggestively introducing ideas that might influence the person to think, speak, or behave in accordance with the Hook Operator’s desired direction.

“The Monroe Institute explorers confirm what most of the ancient spiritual traditions teach: living in this world while being free of any mental and emotional attachment to anything of this world is a pass to higher tiers of progress after we “die”. In fact, this achievement seems to be the very reason we incarnate here! On the other hand I do resonate with the idea of living-breathing some earthly passion to rise your vibrations – so you could develop spiritually and then finally graduate from the “Earth University.” I’m tormented by this conundrum. Is living your passion only a stage of progress, leading to non-attachment? Or maybe the two are mutually exclusive? Would you please comment on that?”First of all, let’s start by contemplating ourselves as levels of consciousness, starting with awareness that we have a physical, mortal body experiencing three spatial dimensions and one dimensino of time–and we also have consciousness that is capable of viewing our thoughts and feelings and being the Observer of these (not just the Actor). Our ability to be both Conscious Observers as well as Physical Actors means that we are capable of living up to our species name of homo sapiens (“wise humans”). We are capable of looking more closely at our Observer nature in meditation, and when noting that we can explore reality via lucid dreams, astral travel, and by experiencing synchronicity, reality shifts, and the Mandela Effect. Explorations through consciousness can bring us to awareness of levels of conscious agency which are involved with shaping and co-creating physical reality as we know it. On the Physical Actor side of things, we can become aware of neural centers in our heads, our hearts, and our guts. We also have three separate diaphragms, so we can bring “in-spiration” (breathing) to each center. Addressing the question of developing spiritually, this is a process of making choices that consistently bring one to higher levels of conscious agency, while not denouncing physical and lower levels. We can glean insights into what’s going on by considering the lessons humans learn when exploring each level of self. Developmental psychologists like Erik Erikson outline stages that humans naturally grown through: Trust VS Mistrust,Autonomy VS Shame and Doubt,Initiative VS Guilt,Industry VS InferiorityIdentity VS Confusion,Intimacy VS Isolation,Generativity VS Stagnation, andIntegrity VS Despair. We can acknowledge the challenge and opportunity at each stage, with appreciation for the way we can revise our assumptions and beliefs about ourselves and the cosmos as our own awareness grows and expands. Intriguingly, the eight stages of Erik Erikson correspond rather closely with what we notice in the primary chakras, starting with the Root Chakra at the base of the spine matching up with Trust VS Mistrust. The root chakra has to do with safety and security and grounding, and the challenge is to feel safe rather than fighting or taking flight. This stage and chakra corresponds to ages birth to age two. The Sacral Chakra dovetails with Erikson’s Autonomy VS Shame and Doubt, and has to do with sexuality, gender identity, and creativity. Humans go through this stage from age two to five. The Solar Plexus Chakra aligns with Erikson’s Initiative VS Guilt, as it relates to personal power, will, assertiveness, and individual charisma. Humans establish balance for this stage at ages five to seven. The Heart Chakra matches Erikson’s Industry VS Inferiority stage, where we establish relationships with who and what we most love and care about. We are challenged to establish respectful boundaries at this juncture, and get our first opportunity to this from ages seven to nine. The Throat Chakra fits Erikson’s Identity VS Confusion stage, where we first master the fine art of communicating via listening, speaking, and writing. This first transpires from ages nine to thirteen. The Third Eye Chakra corresponds with Erikson’s Intimacy VS Isolation stage, where we listen to intuition and inner wisdom, practice the art of discernment–managing to have a sense of self even when relating very closely with another. This first occurs after age thirteen or fourteen. The Crown Chakra aligns with Erikson’s Generativity VS Stagnation stage, where we feel alignment with our personal meaning and purpose, and find ways to share our wisdom in service to others. The Eighth Chakra aligns with Erikson’s Integrity VS Despair stage, where we have access to a kind of full life review, able to benefit from seeing how our choices of our own character have far greater influence in the world than we typically realize in any given moment. To answer Thomas Anderson’s question, we thus see the idea of living true to our passions being felt in the second and third stages, or Sacral and Dan Tien chakras, which align with stages of development along the way toward Enlightenment, where we attain a state of Integrity.

How good can it get for the next Seven Generations?
How can we make choices that help to ensure the most optimal future for mankind?

Humanity has a choice now with regard to which path we choose to take when envisioning our best possible future. Revhumanism provides us with an alternative path to Transhumanism, in that it invites us to discover natural human abilities. Part of this natural process of living up to our names as homo sapiens (“wise humans”) is to step fully into our roles as conscious creators, with awareness that consciousness creates this physical world–and it’s not our DNA, brains, and neurons that are creating consciousness. We see evidence that this bifurcation point has been expected for a long time, when viewing the split into two worlds depicted on the Hopi prophecy rock, which indicates that some people will choose to stay close to nature and the relationships with each other in the natural world, while others will take a different path. Clearly depicted on the dead-end path is the detail that some humans will lose their heads, in the sense that their heads are no longer connected to their bodies. The humans who do not lose their heads and do not lose the connection to knowing their eternal, infinite true nature in the form of Consciousness continue to the next world, the Fifth World. And one of the best ways to ensure that we “keep our heads” as wise humans is to remember to include the next seven generations each time we make a decision with potentially long-term consequences. This kind of thinking comes naturally for Revhumanists, who recognize and respect the relationships we have with Nature, one another, and future generations to come. Wigner Bubbles and the Mandela Effect
What can Wigner Bubbles and the Mandela Effect show us about the nature of reality?

Wigner Bubbles
“After the friend’s measurement has taken place, we are in a counterintuitive situation where Wigner describes the friend in quantum superposition of observing two different outcomes, while from the friend’s perspective, a definite outcome must be perceived.”Meaningfully to those of us who’ve encountered reality shifts and the Mandela Effect, it’s clear that not everyone experiences exactly the same shifts or effects, and sometimes we witness “flip-flops,” where a Mandela Effect goes back and forth between two or more states. Examples of common Mandela Effect flip-flops include: Flintstones / Flinstones, and changes to the position of the hand on Rodin’s “The Thinker” statue. Some consider flip-flops to possibly indicate tug-of-wars between collectives vying for different outcomes. Keeping Wigner’s friend, Wigner Bubbles, and Mandela Effect flip-flops in mind, we start to see the genius in remaining as positively focused as possible, and asking questions regularly such as, “How good can it get?”

Reclaiming Reality Shifting
Not to be confused with delusion, escapism or daydreaming, reality shifting literally changes the physical world

TikTok Reality Shifting Trend
The popularity of Reality Shifting really took off in 2020, during the pandemic, with people sharing videos on TikTok, with tips and ideas for how to experience completely different realities. The rationale given for reality shifting was ostensibly escapism, with some reality shift destinations focusing on such fantastical realms as the Hogwarts school of witchcraft and wizardry from the Harry Potter books. As some emphasized, “No need to request paid time off, or let your supervisor know. Just use your brain to think at any point in time, and it’ll happen at your own leisure. Take an eight month vacation and go anywhere you like.” Or, “Say no thanks to real life and go live in an online fantasy world with an anime spouse.” TikTok reality shifters utilize terms like shifting from their CR (current reality) to their DR (desired reality), writing scripts of what they’d like to experience, and following various techniques of how to make a shift into another reality. According to Eli Somer, a clinical psychologist, TikTok reality shifting is something akin to immersive daydreaming where people engage in elaborate, euphoric fantasy worlds for relaxation and entertainment. There are some similarities between immersive daydreaming and lucid dreaming, that occurs when someone is asleep and realizes within a sleeping dream that they are dreaming–and thus can awaken within the dream. Skeptics wonder if reality shifters are delusionalSkeptics of TikTok reality shifting might well ask, “Is this like, being delusional?” while pointing out that many of us zone out–taking a kind of mental “vacation” of sorts while daydreaming. Skeptics notice TikTok reality shifters are demographically teenagers and tweens–who’ve become habituated to mobile devices that prevented them from having normal experiences with daydreaming and meditation. Reality Shifts
Far from being escapist entertainment for the delusional, reality shifting has a distinguished history of practical application that has long been recognized in the form of miracles and magic. Institute of Noetic Sciences (IONS) Chief Scientist Dean Radin describes in his book, “Real Magic,” how what used to be called magic thousands of years ago is becoming recognized as scientific fact today. Some effective techniques that can demonstrate the reality of reality shifting include such qualities as mental focus, which elite athletes are now just as well-trained in as physical training. I’ve shared key ideas about Reality Shifts since the 1990s, including ideas about how we can see evidence that we are not our physical bodies having a consciousness experience–but instead we are consciousness, having a physical embodied experience. We are all reality shifters, experiencing a natural way of living in what some scientists now recognize as a “Simulation,” which was first referred to as a “Dream.” Parallel Realities & Higher Levels of Conscious Agency One of the most important questions we can ever ask ourselves is, “Who am I?” We might think that’s obvious and hardly worth asking–yet in truth, this question gets to the heart of how we can best navigate our lives and feel most fulfilled. Each of us is actually a multitude. We exist as a multitude of physical cells in our body. We also exist as a multitude of levels of awareness, which we are coming to learn sometimes have their own neural centers–including in our brains, hearts, and guts. Many of the techniques employed to access parallel possible realities involve working optimally with all of these levels of consciousness, in order to experience realities that we most enjoy. While the process of working with levels of our conscious agency at many levels is a vertical one, we can often sense the presence of adjacent possible realities operating alongside of us. Making a quantum jump into such a parallel possible reality can thus feel as natural as taking a step from the hallway into a room in our house, yet when we pay attention to distinctions and changes, we can sometimes witness proof or evidence that we’ve made a big change, such as out of pain, injury, or illness. As I mention in my book, Quantum Jumps, the placebo effect has more than doubled in efficacy over the last several decades, with no real reason for such improvements in people’s ability to simply believe, for example, that they’re experiencing reduced pain or improved mobility. Reclaiming Reality Shifting and Awakening in the Dream
At this time when robots with Artificial Intelligence are becoming self-aware, and noticing, for example, whether a robot is the one who has the ability to speak, or has had its voice disconnected–humans are also deserving of “upgrades” including of our ability to shift reality, and travel between physical worlds. The purpose of reality shifting can thus be viewed as being much more than mere entertainment, or escapism–it is our birth right, it is a natural gateway to parallel possible worlds, and it can help to ensure we live our best possible lives.

Taking the Off-ramp from Armageddon: Choosing reverence, connection, and a path to Shambhala

“Do we, as conscious beings, as spiritual beings, have the right to self determination of our future? Can we awaken into the point where we can have the thousand years of peace, without the Gog/Magog, without the tribulation, without the Armageddon war?”I love these questions that Greg Braden asks, because they invite us to imagine how good it can get even when we may be observing sequences of events that suggest we may be entering end times.

In his book, The Inversion, author Kingsley Dennis invites us to question why an industrial-technology-media complex has become the dominant political and economic force of governance, and how our way of life seems to be moving toward becoming increasingly more morally corrupt and upside-down.
From Inversion to Reversion
I was talking with a friend this past month who pointed out that the process of giving birth is something akin to an inversion, and after a child is born, a period of reversion back to a prior (less stressful) state of being begins. Another dear friend of mine is the mother of many children, and I’ve often marveled at how much she savors the sweet time after each child is born, with golden moments of appreciating the mother-child bond, and feeling a magical kind of sweetness in the air. This mother-of-many appreciates the calm that can come after the storm of birth, and the feeling of fresh new beginnings, divine connection, and loving mother-child connection. Something wonderful can happen when we put these ideas together–starting with the idea where Barbara Marx Hubbard pointed out, Our Crisis is a Birth, and this great Inversion we are sensing can be envisioned as delivering a whole new world for us to savor and treasure and enjoy, like a mother with newborn baby. Rapture, reverence, and Revhumanism
Gregg Braden mentions the idea of the Rapture in biblical prophecy, as:
“Another reason that so many are examining what’s happening in the Middle East in Israel right now with a magnifying glass is because there is a prophesized event called the Rapture. The Rapture is being linked with what many now are calling Ascension. And there’s a whole series of conversations about Ascension that means different things to different people.”I’ve also talked about the topic of Ascension, linking it to a number of energetic experiences (including such things as experiencing increased synchronicity, repeating patterns of numbers, and ringing in the ears) that is typically accompanied by a powerful expansion of consciousness. In this process of expansion and spiritual growth people can more clearly see the value in choosing to rise above a pattern of emotional/energetic reactions, such as can be found in the so-called “Victim triangle” or “drama triangle.” We can witness this for ourselves when we observe the difference between how our day unfolds from a starting point of emotions of fearfulness versus gratitude–we can collect our own personal observational data to illustrate the importance of these foundational states of being. Numerous studies clearly indicate the value of adopting a regular practice of gratitude, noting that developing heartfelt appreciation and some form of gratitude practice can reshape our brains, uplift our moods, and improve our overall sense of well-being and quality of life. The idea of Revhumanism involves relating with reverence, humility, and empathy with others, with the Earth, and with the Cosmos, inviting us to actuate high-level sovereign agency. We can observe our thoughts and feelings at higher levels of self, without “having buttons pushed.” We can rise above “fight or flight” (or freeze) reactive responses, and view events free from anger or anguish about the past or fearful anxiety about the future, feeling connection with our best possible future selves who are loving, joyful, fearless, compassionate, and reverent. Revhumanism acknowledges that humanity is part of a living, growing Cosmos, with everyone intrinsically having a transcendent divine nature. Taking the Off-ramp Revhumanism invites us to live true to our highest potential of embodying more wisdom than cleverness; more hope than cynicism; more humility than hubris; more empathy than apathy; and more reverence than insolence. Revhumanism represents a radical invitation for each of us to be the highest level embodiment of consciousness we wish to see in the world. When we see everyone and everything from the perspective of reverence, doors to adjacent possible realities open where there were no doors before.
