How to Align with Optimal Timelines

Tips for staying focused on better outcomes for all concerned

IMG_6089

Hello wise human! What are success tips for staying focused on optimal timelines and outcomes? I received a wonderful query this past month from my friend Jon who wrote to me:
“… you know there is one subject that I feel is often neglected in all of the consciousness conversations?  Oh, I know it is discusssed from time to time, but I don’t think it is emphasized enough in a pragmatic way!  That is:  how, literally the how, of aligning yourself with a desired outcome.  You mentioned this in your letter briefly about how focusing on the problem reinforces the problem, but I still feel that most people don’t understand this.  The outcome must be visualized, not the desired change.  Lest one gets stuck in changes rather than outcomes.  I will eagerly watch the IMEC talks from the summer, searching for anyone discussing this in particular.  For instance, what works really well?  At this point in the year 2024, there should be known pragmatic ways to experience new outcomes.  What mindset is required?  A lot of the conversations seem to revolve around someone having the ability to experience reality shifts.  Oh, I know, I know, you discuss this in your book.  But outside of the book, I feel that the subject is neglected.  So that’s my goal for the winter, to search for additional pragmatic solutions to realizing desired outcomes.”
First of all, I’d suggest when focusing on desired outcomes, start off with something that you can picture being the best for all concerned.  The advantage of starting with such a focus is that we can all benefit from welcoming a possible reality where we can all prosper and thrive.  One example of this would be focusing on Revhumanism as humanity’s future, rather than Transhumanism which is a path down a road where ultimately no more pure humans will exist.  We are constantly learning more and more amazing news about how we homo sapiens–wise humans–are capable of transcending limitations naturally.  Revhumanism is all about our ability to continue learning about the truly built-in miraculous bodies, minds, and emotional and spiritual being–and relating to technology without being devoured by it.  We wise humans can relate to everyone with reverence, humility, and empathy–inviting us to actuate high-level sovereign agency.  I suggest that we collectively keep asking “How good can it get for all of us?” and actively imagine a future in which we truly are the wise humans who can continually surprise ourselves with new ways of transcending all kind of challenges.   I received a related question this past month from Nushy, who wrote:
“I love what you’ve shared over the years on reality shifting and your favourite question, how good can it get!!! has really helped me reframe my perspective recently when going through some tough times.  My question has to do with something you’ve mentioned in several of your videos, which is to ask, “how good can it get” for all of us, including those who may hate us, or who have harmed us a great deal, or worse.  How can I ask, “How good can it get for ALL of us,” when deep down, it feels inauthentic to wish for the good of these people?  You’ve made some points in your video about the Hopi prophecy, but I hope you can elaborate or expand on them for those people, who like I, still find it a hard bridge to cross!”
Nushy raises a fascinating point regarding the difficulty in asking “How good can it get?” for everyone, including those who may hate us or be harming us or others.  I suggest that you start by asking, “How good can it get?” for yourself and for those who you genuinely feel inspired to ask such a thing.  This practice of asking, “How good can it get?” can become quite spiritual, for those of us who consider being like God something we aspire to, in which case the questions naturally can be asked for ourselves each day, “How good can I get?” and “How God can I get?”  When considering this natural flow of questioning, we can gain a more profound sense of our intrinsic desire for accessing our own true divinity.  And when viewing all of this from a spiritual perspective, we can experience a revelatory moment of wishing for such intrinsic divinity to be found and felt in every being.  Our own “Aha!” spiritual moments of gratitude to be in divine service can thus help us also wish such divinity for everyone.  We can thus be authentic in wishing for the best for everyone–including those who are not the most exemplary humans–as we sense a higher order of divine orchestration and harmonious coordination assisting each and every one of us. Once we start with establishing a vision of optimal long-term outcomes for all concerned, we might best answer Jon’s interesting question on an individual basis, with consideration for the great deal of individuality and uniqueness in every person.  There may not be one best “one-size-fits-all” methodology that everyone can utilize, since individual differences exist.  It seems evident to me that this is why teaching of these types of techniques have traditionally been passed from shaman to apprentice practitioners in sacred (secret) training.  Such a focus on individual instruction matters, because there exist tremendous differences from one person to the next.   For example, some people are good visualizers, and can imagine an image of what an alternate timeline looks and feels like, while others don’t picture mental scenes much at all.  Since two of the basic elements of tuning in adjacent possible timelines are memories and imagination, working to optimize your ability to imagine positive possible futures–and positive possible pasts–can be tremendously helpful.  Developing your focus of attention to stay on track despite distractions is thus an excellent skill to develop.  Another skill I find essential is the ability to “pick up” or sense subtle ideas, energies, feelings, insights, and messages.   With awareness of individual unique mindsets, skills, experience, and abilities, there are some things we can do to improve results.  One of the best first things we can each do is to pay close attention to what we have noticed as being the most effective, most powerful techniques and methods for us personally.  We can make note of instances when we recognize a connection between having focused intention and attention on a desired outcome, and it manifesting.  Even “small” successes are worth noting.  2024-01-31 IONS SIGIL kit 12     What works best for me is feeling a sense of powerful Qi energy flowing through me at the time when I focusing my attention and intention on desired outcomes.  For me, there is an umistakeable energetic feeling associated with this mindset that is more truly a mind-body-spirit-set, since it’s beautifully harmoniously aligned.  There is thus a sense of certainty and confidence with a foundation of love, ecstatic joy, reverence, radical optimism, and courageous heart.  These high vibrational emotional energies are at the top of David Hawkin’s “Map of Consciousness,” so there is some advantage in rising above the lower levels of suffering and just getting by to a state of flow, pure Tao, and absolute love.  When I can feel an embodied sense of joyful, radiant, divinely grateful energetic flow, I know I’m in the sweet spot to focus on desired outcomes in such a way that I’m now on those timelines. At this last year’s in-person IMEC24 Mandela Effect conference, I gave a presentation about the science of magical influence that delves into this a bit, as I described my experience this past year participating in Dr. Dean Radin’s IONS SIGIL experiment, mentally (non-locally) influencing an interferometer.  Once I’d been cleared to participate as one of the 50 recipients of the SIGIL experimental packages, I received in the mail a foil-wrapped interferometer device along with software to operate the experiment and attempt to engage in mind-matter interaction influence.  I immediately recognized the interferometer device that I received as being protected by a Faraday cage, providing an extra level of protection from external electromagnetic interference from outside of the device.  In my presentation, I share some of the hypotheses from this mind-matter interaction experiement based on the summary report published by Dr. Radin, as well as some of my success tips for what worked best when I was involved as an experimental subject, and also what happened that led to a completely failed trial run when I tried something a bit different.  I loved the opportunity of working with such a sensitive piece of experimental apparatus as the interferometer I received, since I was able to visually see two different indicators of how successful my efforts were in real-time, as well as receiving auditory (sound) cues.  My personal best success with this experiment did indeed occur when I kept my mental focus clearly fixed on the high-pitched musical tone denoting success, as well as the white colored light.  My failed run ironically occurred when I attempted to raise my internal Ki energy prior to conducting the experimental run with the interferometer–and that advance preparation resulted in the absolute worst results.  I took this as an indication of the importance of being fully present in the present moment (rather than doing advance preparation), when involved in successfully exerting mind-matter influence in real time.   Dr. Dean Radin’s report on the results from this experiment indicate that magical practitioners (“Magicians”) were more effective at influencing the interferometer than experimental participants who meditated (“Meditators”).  This is interesting, since it tends to support the idea that focusing one’s attention in meditative fashion is not necessarily optimal for influencing “external” reality.   I love how Jon pointed out the need for focusing better on the how of aligning oneself with a desired outcome.  This kind of alignment needs to be harmonious within oneself, such that there is agreement between, for example, one’s head, heart, and guts.  It’s essential that we pay attention to gut feelings that are often non-verbal and subconscious when we’re considering a desired outcome–because these feelings inform us of energies and emotions that we can listen to and clear in order to best access the desired outcome.  This kind of internal assessment and alignment is often a key part of coaching/mentoring sessions I do with people, and I find it works best for me to assist in this process on a one-on-one basis, since each person is so unique, and the clearing process is so individual.  People can do self-assessments and self-alignments, and when doing this kind of work, honesty with oneself and love for oneself is essential.  Sometimes, you can find an author or speaker who shares similar tendencies of stuck points, and you can benefit from hearing what works for them with respect to clearing energetic blockages, and you might thus benefit from working with tips and tools that have worked for them.

The New Earth is arriving now

While currently in a superposition of states, this “same train, different tracks” New World can be discerned via noting Instantaneous Manifestation VS Drama and Trauma

IMG_6089

Hello, wise human!

I have just recently returned from our wonderful Mandela Effect conference that was held in Nashville, Tennessee. This IMEC24 gathering was profoundly meaningful for those of us recognizing the heartfelt sincerity and passion shared by presenters and attendees.  I am grateful that we were able to share information about the Mandela Effect, which is likely the most important topic for humanity at this time.  The Mandela Effect can more accurately be called “collective alternative memories,” since this phenomenon is being noticed by individuals who are not suffering from “false memories” in other parts of their lives.

2024-11-09 Cynthia Pippa Oona Lee BoggessAt our IMEC24 conference in Nashville, Tennessee on November 8, 2024, I was amazed to hear IMEC24 speaker, Lee Allen Boggess, mention in his presentation that those of us experiecing the Mandela Effect shared a sensation of being on a train where we can see that “the track is being built in front of us.” IMEC24 speaker, Pippa Oona also mentioned the concept of a train, in her talk about timelines and co-creating our reality. The symbolism of a train in a dream suggests movement of collective consciousness, and the tracks the train travels relate to timelines of reality selection that we share. These references to those of us experiencing reality shifts and the Mandela Effect being on a train reminded me of a powerful “true dream” I’d written down and shared with a friend in May 2023.

Hearing about these references to the symbolism of being on a train relating to the Mandela Effect and our collective timeline selection reminded me that when I had been investigating catastrophic earth disasters that happen in approximately 12,000 year cycles—with apocalyptic warnings such as can be found on Pillar 43, “the Vulture Stone” at the ancient prehistoric site of Gobekli Tepe in Turkey. While it seems clear that ancient monuments such as this appear to present us with warnings about possibilities of great danger, every time I contemplate such apocalyptic cycles recently, I am inspired to consider my “train dream” of May 2023. At the time, I had yet to be intuitively nudged to wrap up my book about the Mandela Effect, with its tips and pointers about how we can collectively select optimal timelines as the homo sapiens or “wise humans” we can truly be.

May 12, 2023 CSL Train Dream

I awakened on May 12, 2023 remembering a dream in which I was at a place like Disneyland, with lots of beautifully designed buildings presenting enjoyable ambiance of feeling as if we were walking through a beautiful Swiss alpine village, nestled at the foot of mountains and featuring timber features. I walked with others to a train ride, that seemed to be something like a cross between a roller coaster and a pleasant scenic ride providing views of the theme park. As I joined a relatively short line to board a train on this ride, I noted that I was experiencing a little bit of a behind-the-scenes glimpse of one of the rides.

What I noticed most strikingly in this dream was awareness that riders on the train ride were unknowingly experiencing two different versions of what appeared at first glance to be the same ride—because the ride invisibly sorted trains out to either go on tracks that branched to the left, while another track branched to the right. This fork in the tracks was apparently invisible to most people, since nobody mentioned it, and riders returning from the ride did not ask where the others had gone, as if assuming everyone had experienced exactly the same ride.

While some of the passengers experienced the ride on the right hand set of tracks, and others on the left, they both started on the left, so I could see how unless they were able to see the fork in the tracks, this train ride seemed like the same experience, although I could clearly see that it wasn’t. I noted that people returning from the train ride that branched off to the right shared the typical giddy joy of having returned from a roller coaster, while the ride that branched off to the left seemed to leave riders in a relaxed, refreshed and revitalized vibe. The two rides were quite different in terms of what they could see when looking out around to either side of the train track. I was intrigued by the way that people on this split-track train ride had no idea that trains of riders in cars had been split up like this.

In one part of this train dream, I experienced an opportunity that was part of left side of train ride, where any time I felt my heart leap out toward something I was viewing alongside the train track, the train would slow to a gentle stop, and we could get off of the train, and walk around in the make-believe backstage set area. The little houses in the make-believe villages were adorable, and although they seemed at first like play houses, when we walked inside them to check them out, I was surprised to find that they had working kitchens, with dining areas, and all sorts of food, snacks, and amenities. Any time someone opened a cupboard or refrigerator, the item sought was instantly found, as if everything we might imagine needing would instantly be provided. I was surprised to see a friend who must have been riding on a prior train in one home’s kitchen, looking for something to drink, and I didn’t even know he was on this ride! He was there with his two sons, and they were enjoying this ride as if it was a vacation home and they were spending the week enjoying the sights.

The thing I liked best about getting off the train and walking around this imaginary wonderland was how beautiful everything was. It felt better than being inside of the most beautiful fantasy movie, like a Disney movie, or “The Sound of Music.” There was a sense of living life outside of regular linear time, and a sense of feeling the bliss of witnessing anything being thought instantly manifesting, as if in a dream-come-true. There were beautiful cobblestone streets with perfect little houses and shops and gardens , and a lovely stream and beautiful hills and trees and flowers. Everything felt calm, peaceful, relaxed, and safe. It was so quiet, and I felt like I could easily get a chance to talk to other people on the ride without anyone feeling rushed or in a hurry to get things done or get somewhere. We shared a sense of having all the time in the world to walk around with no worries about needing to return to the train ride we were on.

In another part of the dream, I was swimming in a pool that I’d seen somewhere off to the side of the ride and felt inspired to visit, when I saw a dime at the bottom of the pool. I swam down to get it, and noticed that it took all of my focus and drive to push against very strong currents at the bottom of this pool, serving to keep people away from the bottom corners near the walls. I was able to collect the dime, when I also noticed there was a quarter down there, too, so I also gathered it up from the floor of the pool. These dreams felt a bit like the way real life has a dreamlike eternal-spiritual hidden foundation to it, like the behind-the-scenes part of my dream where we could step outside of time. Some people don’t yet realize that this foundational spiritual reality even exists. The dime symbolizes God to me, and finding it at the bottom of the pool to me represents seeking and finding God in the subconscious, regardless what may seem to be going on.

2023-05-13 Cindy dimeMay 13, 2023 Dime appears

On the morning of May 13, 2023, I walked outside several times along our front walkway, always looking down to make sure my footing is good, rather than taking any chances at making a misstep. I had walked back-and-forth at least three times, when, on the fourth time I was walking back from the street towards the porch, I found a dime that had not been there when I’d just walked that way a few moments before! Finding dimes is very symbolically significant for me on any given day. But this day was extraordinary, because I was still contemplating my train dream from the day before.

I felt like this dime that I found in real life is a message showing that the dream manifestation I’d witnessed in my Train Dream can easily and smoothly find its way into “ordinary” daily life. This dime that appeared out of nowhere on my front walkway matched the dime I found when swimming in my dream the night before. Dimes represent our connection to God to me, and that’s what made finding a dime in my dream so extraordinarily precious to me, and why I worked so hard to retrieve it from the bottom of that pool in my dream.

One thing about the dream that occurred to me the more I thought about it is the significance and the way the people on the train seem to make a split on the ride, such that the majority of passengers experienced the rather predictable roller coaster ride that one would expect at a theme park or amusement park. And yet some passengers were so much in tune with the train itself, that our very thoughts brought the train to a stop in those places we found most beautiful and engaging. We could then seemingly spend hours, days, or weeks hanging out and enjoying those recreational spaces as if we were enjoying our own personal vacation getaway… and we experienced time in the outside world apparently coming to stop for us. And at whatever point where we felt we had enough fun in any given spot, we’d be back on our train, and it would arrive back at the end of the ride as if we had been on the regular ride—and only taking whatever typical amount of time that the regular ride requires.

At the time I had this Train Dream and experience with the dime, I’d been reading books by Rudolf Steiner, where he describes the importance of making sure that when you enter the spiritual realm, you do not bring your daily mindset with you—and when you return from the spiritual realm, you clearly remember the gifts and lessons and wisdom you have received. Steiner represents this in the form of some guardian, which is rather demanding when people make this back-and-forth transition between the two realms.

In my daily work with clients I coach or mentor, I go back-and-forth with this transition rather routinely, although the kind of changes that I see happen in the spiritual realm sometimes present evidence of themselves in regular physical material reality. So going back to the dream and the dime, it feels amazing to actually find a dime that I’m certain was not really there earlier this morning! And I wasn’t the only one walking back-and-forth on that path… my daughter had also been walking back-and-forth on it, too! For certain one of us would’ve seen it. When I showed the dime to her, she commented, “how strange!” Precisely, because she had been walking back-and-forth exactly over the place where I found it, and she and I had not dropped it.

My Train Dream and the appearance of the dime are very auspicious signs, at this time when I am investigating catastrophic earth disasters happening in roughtly 12,000 year cycles. The message I am receiving is that while all of us may feel we live in the same world, those of us experiencing reality shifts, quantum jumps, and the Mandela Effect are becoming increasingly aware of existence of subjective realities. Some of us are experiencing instantaneous manifestation, where whatever we think and feel is more rapidly appearing in our lives. Those of us becoming aware of this bifurcation from linear time are increasingly experiencing life as if we are seem to be on the same world, yet somehow different timeline.

There is no doubt that the Mandela Effect is spiritual experience. Clearly, there are responsibilities when we homo sapients “wise humans” are entrusted with the gift of instantaneous manifestation. We do well to only ever wish the best for all, and to transcend dead-end, restrictive patterns of emotional and energetic drama and trauma, such as described by the Karpman Drama triangle. Thanks to our natural divine gift and quantum superpower of Observation—choosing what questions we feel greatest need to experience answers to—humanity is poised to co-create our own ascension and evolution at this time. We can discern which “train tracks” we’re on—based on whether we note that we are experiencing the path of instantaneous manifestation and co-creation, or cycles of energetic, emotional and karmic drama.

What’s going on? Why is there so much chaos? What can we do?

Why is there so much chaos right now?

2024-10-25 Cynthia 5

Hello, wise humans!  I’ve been hearing from many people this past month who are noticing life seems more chaotic than usual, so they are wondering what’s going on.  What’s going on? This has been called a time of great awakening, and it’s been long anticipated as a challenging time of spiritually evolutionary significance.  The Hopi anticipated a time after two “great shakings” (world wars) when humans would move from the fourth world to the fifth.   Dowsers who track energy lines around the planet, such as Hamish Miller, author of “The Sun and the Serpent” and other books, have documented the way energy lines around the Earth are aligned with sacred sites, such as standing stone circles, churches, and cathedrals.  Author and dowser Rory Duff have noted that these energy lines encircling the globe have been growing larger and more energized in recent years, leading up to a peak energy point in December 2024.  Duff anticipates that the largest “Dragon” energy lines are expected to expand to a point where they completely cover the entire Earth’s surface by the end of 2024.   It seems that with expanding energy lines covering every square inch and mile of the Earth, the resulting subtle energy effect will be something akin to all humans on Earth undergoing a Kundalini awakening together.  Kundalini awakenings are experienced uniquely and differently by all who have experienced them, but there are some aspects of this energetic experience of awakening and empowering one’s entire energy body.  Some possible aspects of experiencing Kundalini include:  enhanced intuition, high sense perception, increased synchronicity, thoughts manifesting very quickly or instantly, seeing repeating numbers, experiencing reality shifts, quantum jumps, the Mandela Effect, and much more.   We are also noting that the Earth’s geomagnetic field has dropped significantly since the mid 1800s, down some 20 percent or more.  This reduced energetic shield allows a great deal more solar and cosmic energy to reach us than used to be the case.  While some of these energies are likely quite beneficial in terms of providing us with information that is helpful for this evolutionary time, these times of high energies can contribute to us having more difficulty falling asleep at night, staying asleep, and feeling well rested when we awake.   Why is there so much chaos? With humans experiencing tremendously increased energies all at the same time, emotions can run quite high to the point at its peak that it may feel like an energetic or spiritual storm.  “Shadow issues” involving unresolved emotional issues can flair up tremendously, and people can feel inexplicably frightened, angry, or filled with despair.  It’s important when running tremendous amounts of internal energy, or Ki, to stay grounded, in order to not feel constantly energetically and emotionally triggered when external events or people’s words or actions lead you to presume you’re facing a situation that is really mostly created by your own perception–by your own observer effect.  This past couple of weeks, I’ve witnessed some people feel triggered by the smallest things, such as misunderstanding or misinterpreting something they thought someone else said or did.  And once these misunderstandings arose, a most amazing series of subsequent synchronicity and coincidences provided further cause for them to feel increased fear and alarm.   This past week I’ve seen people I’ve previously known to be delightfully rational human beings feeling like they were besot upon by tremendous negative energies and dark forces.  They endured car accidents, missed flights, mysterious illnesses and strings of inexplicably extreme bad luck.  When they spoke to friends about what they were going through, they often heard comments such as, “What did you do to create all this?”  Such comments are not as helpful to others as one might hope, and actually there does appear to be a dark presence exerting negative influence in peoples’ lives, such as Kingsley Dennis outlines in his excellent book, The Inversion.  In an inverted world, the very organizations we trust to bring healing instead bring illness, while those tasked with protecting us welcome invaders, and so forth.  Never has it been more evident that some kind of malevolent forces are exerting influence, yet unless this topic is raised, it goes quietly unobserved and ignored.   Essentially, this time of heightened energies is releasing individual and collective shadow energies and issues at such levels that we’re not accustomed to.  This can be viewed as a time of “spiritual warfare,” since the chaos factor of so much karmic and energetic “dirty laundry” flying around all at once makes it difficult, if not impossible at times, to clearly determine exactly what is going on.   What can we do? Even when there may seem to be chaos all around, we can be the calm inside the storm.  While we may not feel that our lives are perfect or exactly as we might wish them to be, we are each capable of feeling a sense of inner peace, gratitude, reverence, and connection.  Such as sense of internal direct connection with All That Is can be felt no matter what might be happening, and thus is available to any and all of us.  There are some actions we can take, some kinds of meditation we can practice, and some intentions we can set that can help to ensure we’re living our best possible lives.  ACTIONS:  With so many people experiencing greatly increased energies all at the same time, it’s helpful to be able to find time and space for personal rest and relaxation and grounding.  Spending time in nature is tremendously helpful to reconnect with divine goodness, as is walking barefoot, gentle self-massage, and softly humming to help reset the nervous system and attain and maintain a sense of being safe, calm, connected, and loved.   MEDITATION:  With awareness that there exists a great deal of negative conscious agency operating with apparent active intent to interfere in human relationships, we can benefit from focusing our attention and intention on connecting with the Absolute / Creator / Source / God and requesting assistance in removing any and all interference between oneself and the Absolute / Creator / Source / God.  There are many ways to make a connection to personal divinity and to absolute divinity; one of my favorites is to meditate in such a way that:(1) slow thoughts down to a stop,(2) experience moments of graceful sublime stillness, and(3) return from meditation to daily life with a new observational perspective–and a new reality. INTENTIONS:  Our intentions are powerful, and when we humbly acknowledge and accept ourselves as we are right here and now, we can choose to keep asking questions we wish to live the answers to, such as, “How good can it get?” and “How good can I get?”  We can lean into kindness and away from cruelty.  We can become more grateful, and less thoughtless.  Wherever we observe some less-than-optimal aspect of ourself, we can choose to improve, with loving kindness.   EXTRA FOR EXPERTS:  When we’re feeling grateful, kind, loving, and calm it’s a lot easier to be the change we wish to see in the world with our family, friends, neighbors and colleagues.  We thus have many opportunities to bring our peace with us wherever we go, feeling love and connection with all who we are blessed to have in our lives.  Through bringing gentle, kind thoughts, words, and actions to every relationship and event, we are welcoming the first golden rays of Shambhala and the Golden Age.  Additionally, we can view everyone we meet as “wise humans,” allowing for and inviting opportunities to witness how this can be the case.

NPCs, Enlightenment, Operators, and Things

What is the role of NPCs?

2024-09-02 Cynthia profile

I received a couple of intriguing questions this past month.  One question asked, “How do you feel about the possible existence of NPCs?” Another question delved into the topic of enlightenment. These two topics fit together rather well, and I also weave into the mix the fascinating insights from a book about schizophrenia, published in the 1950s, called “Operators and Things.” This discussion also delves into the topic of Egregors, chakras, and Erik Erikson’s stages of development, as well as the David Hawkins map of consciousness. In the first question, Cynthia Deg9206 on YouTube asked,
“How do you feel about the possible existence of NPCs?”
Who Are We? I love these questions about NPCs (non-player characters) and how best to progress through our lives once we are aware that we can steer our lives, since they invite us to consider who we are.  And the matter of who we are is one of the biggest, most unexplored questions.   While we typically think of ourselves as singular individuals, perhaps a more accurate way to view ourselves is as levels of awareness.  We can get a feeling of some of our levels of self when we notice in meditative states that we can be aware of simultaneously being both mortal Actors on the stage of life, and conscious Observers with awareness that we are not the emotions and thoughts running through us, but rather the consciousness observing these thoughts and feelings.  We can see further evidence of having more than one sense of self or “Me” by considering how we have neural centers in our brains, in our hearts, and in our guts.  We can benefit greatly by simply listening to our heads, hearts, and guts, and noticing if and when we discern uneasiness or misgivings that may be alerting us to something going on that we’d do well to pay attention to.    Who are NPCs? There have been many metaphors shared in recent years by people attempting to describe what’s going on with so-called “Non-Player Characters.”  In computer games, these are the “extras” who are not the lead characters, but rather are on the side-lines, filling in necessary functions as shopkeepers, for example.  In real life, some people wonder about people who do not seem to be Seekers–who do not talk about observing their own thoughts and feelings, nor have much (if any) interest in exploring such topics as the true nature of reality, or who we really are.  Some people point out that NPCs don’t change–they follow some kind of set pattern for how to think, speak, and behave, and they just stick to that, as if they’re on auto-pilot.   My take on NPCs is that they might be considered to be a starting point for spiritual evolution–a point of living a pre-patterned life.  They are therefore not expendable, like the unfortunate red-shirted Starfleet characters in the original Star Trek episodes, who would notoriously wind up on dangerous “away team” missions, and not always return to the Enterprise.  I don’t as a rule use the term “NPC,” since it seems to have somewhat of a negative connotation to it, with a vibe of someone who is at best clueless and uninformed, and at worst part of the manpower fueling all that is going wrong with the world.    I love the idea that NPC behavior is indicative of slow awakening, like flower buds gently opening, each at their own natural pace.  We might then view people who seem to be asleep as Baby or Infant souls, who are developing ethical awareness and empathy by learning through experiences. When seen from the right vantage point, this process of soul maturation can be a beautiful, soul-stirring sight.  There is advantage to choose to be kind, and to choose to be loving at every level of development, and to become courageous instead of fearful on this path.  Operators and Things One of the most interesting books I’ve ever seen that addresses the matter of NPCs is called, Operators and Things, written by Barbara O’Brien in 1958.  O’Brien describes her descent into schizophrenia, followed by a return to good mental health in this book–along the way sharing startling insights regarding how people can be influenced by “Hook Operators” who nudge and influence people to think, speak and behave differently than they would otherwise.  One such individual described the relationship between Operators and Things and the ease by which Operators (the unconscious mind) can penetrates the minds of Things (the conscious mind) at any level thusly:
“Things…  Think of the word with a capital initial, if you like.  It may help your ego a bit.  All people like you are Things to us–Things whose minds can be read and whose thoughts can be initiated and whose actions can be motivated.  Does that surprise you?  It goes on all the time.  There is some, but far less free will than you imagine.  A Thing does what some Operator wants it to do, only it remains under the impression that its thoughts originate in its own mind.  Actually, you have more free will at this moment than most of your kind ever have.  For you at least know that what we are saying is coming from us, not from you.”
This ease of accessibility reminds me of how we humans can enjoy a higher dimensional view of hypothetical residents of Flatland, such that the lines, dots, circles and squares depicted on a page can be easily viewed by us from a birds-eye-view, thanks to our ease in navigating 2D reality, since our spatial reality is 3D.  Just as we can look down at the 2D world and instantly see everything clearly laid out and nothing hidden, beings adept at higher dimensional levels could thus instantly see our entire world at a glance, with nothing hidden.   O’Brien points out in Operators and Things that one quality that schizophrenics have in common is that they are uniquely gifted at accurately noticing and pointing out psychological vulnerabilities of their psychiatrists and analysts.  O’Brien herself seems to clearly benefit from a string of exceptionally beneficial psychic / intuitive insights that help her evade capture by a mountain lion in one incident, make a series of successful monetary gambles in Las Vegas when she was in need of cash, and intuitively know precisely when to send a very short letter to a friend when that letter resulted in more much-needed money coming her way.  It’s clear when O’Brien received helpful information that she was being inspired by what we might consider to be angels.  During times when O’Brien could hear what she called “Hook Operators,” she was not always so delighted by what she was hearing, or what they were inspiring her to do.  O’Brien could see how Hook Operators were influencing people around her, by first targeting psychologically weak areas where people had doubts and feelings of insecurity, and then suggestively introducing ideas that might influence the person to think, speak, or behave in accordance with the Hook Operator’s desired direction. EgregoreThere are similar concepts of thoughtforms that arise from collective thoughts and emotions in the form of an Egregore (from Ancient Greek egregoros, ‘wakeful’).  Some scholars envision Egregores as having independent existence, while others view them as the collective mind of a community–a kind of collective mind.  In the Book of Enoch, the term Egregore referred to angelic beings, “Watchers,” where they were not arising from a collective consciousness, but rather had their own unique and individual conscious agency.  It seems clear that Barbara O’Brien is noticing actions of Hook Operators that seem rather similar to Egregores in the Book of Enoch. When viewing the workings of Operators (unconscious mind) and Things (conscious mind), and the importance of establishing harmonious balance between the two, we can begin to see how in times of change or growth, rebalancing is necessary.  At times of rebalancing, our assumptions and beliefs are challenged and re-evaluated as we change, grow, and evolve.  Answers to the age-old questions, “Who am I?”  and “What is reality?”  and “Why does anything exist at all?” take on greater depth and dimensionality along with us.  Path to Enlightenment Thomas Anderson 6568 on YouTube posted this comment on one of my videos:
“The Monroe Institute explorers confirm what most of the ancient spiritual traditions teach: living in this world while being free of any mental and emotional attachment to anything of this world is a pass to higher tiers of progress after we “die”.  In fact, this achievement seems to be the very reason we incarnate here!  On the other hand I do resonate with the idea of living-breathing some earthly passion to rise your vibrations – so you could develop spiritually and then finally graduate from the “Earth University.”  I’m tormented by this conundrum.  Is living your passion only a stage of progress, leading to non-attachment?  Or maybe the two are mutually exclusive?  Would you please comment on that?”
First of all, let’s start by contemplating ourselves as levels of consciousness, starting with awareness that we have a physical, mortal body experiencing three spatial dimensions and one dimensino of time–and we also have consciousness that is capable of viewing our thoughts and feelings and being the Observer of these (not just the Actor).  Our ability to be both Conscious Observers as well as Physical Actors means that we are capable of living up to our species name of homo sapiens (“wise humans”).  We are capable of looking more closely at our Observer nature in meditation, and when noting that we can explore reality via lucid dreams, astral travel, and by experiencing synchronicity, reality shifts, and the Mandela Effect.  Explorations through consciousness can bring us to awareness of levels of conscious agency which are involved with shaping and co-creating physical reality as we know it.  On the Physical Actor side of things, we can become aware of neural centers in our heads, our hearts, and our guts.  We also have three separate diaphragms, so we can bring “in-spiration” (breathing) to each center.   Addressing the question of developing spiritually, this is a process of making choices that consistently bring one to higher levels of conscious agency, while not denouncing physical and lower levels.  We can glean insights into what’s going on by considering the lessons humans learn when exploring each level of self.  Developmental psychologists like Erik Erikson outline stages that humans naturally grown through:  Trust VS Mistrust,Autonomy VS Shame and Doubt,Initiative VS Guilt,Industry VS InferiorityIdentity VS Confusion,Intimacy VS Isolation,Generativity VS Stagnation, andIntegrity VS Despair.  We can acknowledge the challenge and opportunity at each stage, with appreciation for the way we can revise our assumptions and beliefs about ourselves and the cosmos as our own awareness grows and expands.   Intriguingly, the eight stages of Erik Erikson correspond rather closely with what we notice in the primary chakras, starting with the Root Chakra at the base of the spine matching up with Trust VS Mistrust.  The root chakra has to do with safety and security and grounding, and the challenge is to feel safe rather than fighting or taking flight.  This stage and chakra corresponds to ages birth to age two. The Sacral Chakra dovetails with Erikson’s Autonomy VS Shame and Doubt, and has to do with sexuality, gender identity, and creativity.  Humans go through this stage from age two to five. The Solar Plexus Chakra aligns with Erikson’s Initiative VS Guilt, as it relates to personal power, will, assertiveness, and individual charisma.  Humans establish balance for this stage at ages five to seven. The Heart Chakra matches Erikson’s Industry VS Inferiority stage, where we establish relationships with who and what we most love and care about.  We are challenged to establish respectful boundaries at this juncture, and get our first opportunity to this from ages seven to nine. The Throat Chakra fits Erikson’s Identity VS Confusion stage, where we first master the fine art of communicating via listening, speaking, and writing.  This first transpires from ages nine to thirteen. The Third Eye Chakra corresponds with Erikson’s Intimacy VS Isolation stage, where we listen to intuition and inner wisdom, practice the art of discernment–managing to have a sense of self even when relating very closely with another.  This first occurs after age thirteen or fourteen. The Crown Chakra aligns with Erikson’s Generativity VS Stagnation stage, where we feel alignment with our personal meaning and purpose, and find ways to share our wisdom in service to others.   The Eighth Chakra aligns with Erikson’s Integrity VS Despair stage, where we have access to a kind of full life review, able to benefit from seeing how our choices of our own character have far greater influence in the world than we typically realize in any given moment.  To answer Thomas Anderson’s question, we thus see the idea of living true to our passions being felt in the second and third stages, or Sacral and Dan Tien chakras, which align with stages of development along the way toward Enlightenment, where we attain a state of Integrity.   DavidHawkins Map of ConsciousnessThis also neatly aligns with the emotional energies depicted on the David Hawkins Map of Consciousness.   The levels of consciousness depict higher emotional/energetic states of consciousness as corresponding to such enjoyable feelings as:  Bliss, Serenity, and Reverence associated with levels of Peace, Joy, and Love. When we consciously choose to incorporate highest level character qualities, we can clear out negative influences, and be guided by highest wisdom, inspiration, and divine love.   You can view the video version of this post at:https://youtu.be/LQ-W0fqV1GE

How good can it get for the next Seven Generations?

How can we make choices that help to ensure the most optimal future for mankind?

2024-09-02 Cynthia profile

What kind of positive future can we now envision for humanity? The Native American concept of seven generational thinking invites us to think about long-term consequences of whatever choices we are making.  Such a focus can help to ensure we steer clear of materialistic short-term, potentially dead-end paths.  I just watched a conversation between Gregg Braden and Daniel Estulin, where Gregg brought up the idea that Transhumanism has been planned for at least the past two generations, and there are three levels of transhumanism, and we’re engaged with the first two levels right now.  The first level involves augmenting human beings with physical technological enhancements, such as replacing body parts with synthetic body parts, such as surgeries to replace knees or hips.  We’ve seen the early arrival of brain-computer interfaces, such as the Neuralink chip, which can assist people in communicating via thoughts in a way that activates external systems and devices.  Elon Musk’s Neuralink money played video games with brain activity alone in 2021.  A nine-year-old Macaque monkey was able to play a game of “Mind Pong,” which is a simple computer video game like the original Pong video game, but this game utilizes an implanted computer chip interacting with the monkey’s mind, rather than a joystick or computer control.  Future developments of nano-robotic interfaces might bring extension of longevity, as well as physical, sensory, and cognitive improvements.  Nano-robotic technologies could also include control over emotions, behavior, and spiritual experiences, as well as enhancements in psychic and mind-matter interaction abilities. Transhumanists envision a future where technological innovations can resolve past differences of perspectives of politics, ethics, and religion as technological improvements march steadily forward to create human beings who have undergone enough technological enhancements that they are no longer easily categorized as an ordinary human, due to having extended life span, enhanced cognitive abilities, and prosthetic implants–yet these transhumans are still primarily human in terms of functional biology and independent conscious agency.  It is not all that hard to imagine that left unchecked or without a clear sense of optimal outcome, transhumans might conceivably at some point leave many traces of original humanity behind, with humans no longer requiring families with mothers and fathers to be born–as some dystopian books and movies, like The Matrix, or Logan’s Run have suggested.  And we might well ask at what point are we no longer homo sapiens (“wise humans”), but something else.  And we might also ask, when we leave wisdom behind, where does humanity next go?   Where humans ultimately end up after receiving technological innovations depends to large degree on how we envision our future, and to what degree we prioritize various goals.  Apparently, there now exists some discussion about “recalibrating the pleasure centers in the brain,” which could purportedly provide cleaner, safer alternatives to pharmaceutical mood enhancers. People suffering from depression, anger, or addiction–and those around them–might thus be spared a great deal of suffering from emotional surges. Another goal of interest to some transhumanists is the path toward becoming “immortal transhumans” in contrast with mortal humans.  This goal is one that appeals more to some than others, but essentially there is also an aspect of improved quality of life along with the immortal aspect, such that growing old can finally be “for sissies,” because there won’t be nearly as many physical aches and pains as physical bodies age and steadily break down. A goal of great interest to military operations is something involving humanlike robots controlled by brain-computer interfaces that operate something like the avatar bodies in the movie, Avatar.  In this vision of the future, soldiers of the future might not personally engage in physical combat, but rather would operate robot bodies that are impervious to much of the weaponry being employed on the battlefield. We might well ask, “How good can Transhumanism get for the next Seven Generations?”  And this is a fascinating question, that opens up many further questions.   InversionWhy Conscious Agency and Philosophy Matters At this pivotal point in human evolution, each of us actually has an important say in what the future brings.  It’s easy to feel powerless, as just one small person amidst a world of faster-and-faster technological innovations and developments.  It can seem that one person’s viewpoint and intentions can’t make a difference–yet I’m certain that is not the case. If anything, each of us has the ability to play an absolutely essential role in selecting the realities that our collective consciousness subsequently enjoys.  We do this through the steady, on-going influence that we quietly and typically without much fanfare or notice are exerting on “outer” physical reality.  We are magnificent conscious agents, consisting of many levels or layers of conscious agency, and what we most need, love, desire and focus strong emotions on absolutely comes into our world. Ultimately, the age old struggle of light and dark is one in which we feel simultaneous pull toward being the best versions of ourselves we can be, while noting that for some reason, we are often vexed and tormented by all manner of diversions, distractions, confusions, and outright chaos.  Kingsley Dennis writes about this struggle in his excellent book, The Inversion:  How We Have Been Tricked into Perceiving a False Reality. One thing we might well notice when facing choices regarding potential impact to the next seven generations is the matter of how short-term versus long-term the decision factors are.  When contemplating what’s best for all concerned long-term, we are less likely to make choices based on how they help us be lazier, vainer, greedier, and focused on material (as compared with spiritual) goals. As the homo sapiens (“wise humans”) that we are, we can take a look at how well our experts and systems are serving us currently, and where room for improvement lies.  Now is the perfect time to take a good look at how some kind of topsy-turvy inversion  Where Does Transhumanism Lead? It’s possible to envision that transhumanism could lead the way through our existing materialistic, mechanistic worldview to one in which robots, artificial intelligence, quantum computing, and free energy are part of our daily life.  And as we envision all of these disruptive technologies coming through simultaneously, our old worldview will be forever shaken.  Something not often discussed is that as soon as these technologies arise together, there will likely be some unanticipated outcomes.  Chief amongst these is that the dominant classical paradigm of our post-industrial, information age will give way, of necessity, to a new quantum paradigm.  This new quantum paradigm will come with a new language of mathematics, a new quantum logic, and a completely revised awareness of what reality truly is and who we humans truly are.  This astonishing series of revelations has the power to do what it needs to do, which is provide us with a foundational basis for thriving in a post-industrial world.  We will now have the opportunity to see the hidden “observer” behind the scenes–and the way that consciousness has been creating this shadow-world of dream-like reality, that increasing numbers of our top technologists now view as a Simulation. Rather than neurons and physical brains and our DNA creating consciousness–we will (finally!) come to formally acknowledge that it absolutely must be the other way around.  Long held materialistic assumptions of objectivity will be gone, as our new systems and new technologies run instead on the realization that the many worlds of quantum physics are one and the same as the multiverse.  Skillfully moving through multiverses of possibility can feel like living a waking dream, in which one’s thoughts and feelings can instantly initiate changes in the “outer” material world.  It’s possible for Transhumanists to choose optimal transhumanist futures when considering how the various technological enhancements truly will be considered to be improvements by future generations to come.   Where does Revhumanism lead?
Humanity has a choice now with regard to which path we choose to take when envisioning our best possible future. Revhumanism provides us with an alternative path to Transhumanism, in that it invites us to discover natural human abilities.  Part of this natural process of living up to our names as homo sapiens (“wise humans”) is to step fully into our roles as conscious creators, with awareness that consciousness creates this physical world–and it’s not our DNA, brains, and neurons that are creating consciousness.  We see evidence that this bifurcation point has been expected for a long time, when viewing the split into two worlds depicted on the Hopi prophecy rock, which indicates that some people will choose to stay close to nature and the relationships with each other in the natural world, while others will take a different path.  Clearly depicted on the dead-end path is the detail that some humans will lose their heads, in the sense that their heads are no longer connected to their bodies.  The humans who do not lose their heads and do not lose the connection to knowing their eternal, infinite true nature in the form of Consciousness continue to the next world, the Fifth World.  And one of the best ways to ensure that we “keep our heads” as wise humans is to remember to include the next seven generations each time we make a decision with potentially long-term consequences.  This kind of thinking comes naturally for Revhumanists, who recognize and respect the relationships we have with Nature, one another, and future generations to come.  You can view the video version of this post at:https://youtu.be/LQ-W0fqV1GE

Lessons from the Hopi as we enter the Fifth World

How can we keep our heads in these times of rapid change?

2024-08-04 Cynthia 01

I’m seeing a recent increase in synchronicity, Mandela Effects, and instantaneous manifestation this summer. I enjoyed a fun moment this last week while being interviewed by Michael Sandler on Inspire Nation, when I mentioned to Michael that it would be nice to see the return of the dodo bird.  Michael exclaimed that he had just that day spoken of the dodo bird!  He then held a feather up in his right hand to show me, and explained that when he found the feather, he mentioned to his wife, Jessica, that this might perhaps be a feather from an eagle.  When Jessica seemed dubious about this, Michael then playfully suggested the possibility that perhaps it came from a dodo bird!  Michael and I both enjoyed the magical moment of our dodo bird synchronicity. I’ve also been noticing a great deal of instantaneous station happening in my life recently. On a warm afternoon walk the other day, I noticed shade on the other side of the street, so I crossed the street to enjoy the coolness of the shadows.  No sooner had I done this, the very next vehicle I saw was a truck with a sign “The Shade Store,” written on it!   This was the first time I had seen that vehicle, and the first time I’d heard of a business making custom curtains and shades.  I was astonished to see such instantaneous validation of my unspoken intention for shade! In these days of increasing waves of solar and celestial energy, we can appreciate the possibility that we are receiving exactly the energy boost required to assist each of us individually, and all of us collectively to grow and evolve.   Two Worlds?  Before we can determine how many real worlds there may be, we do well to consider Ontology, which is the study of how we determine if things exist or not, and the classifications we make of what is real.  Philosophers ask why anything exists at all, as well as how we can truly know what exists.  From a physics perspective, increasing numbers of physicists are suggesting that the “many worlds” of quantum physics are one and the same as the astronomical multiverse.  This potentially opens up a vast number of possible realities.   The question of whether there might actually be two–or more–physical worlds that are currently being selected by collective consciousness is intriguing.  People have recently been asking whether our world may soon be splitting into two worlds.  There have been some indications that would seem to suggest this might be the case.  For those of us who sometimes have dual memories in which we remember some thing in more than one way, it’s easy to believe that there is definitely at least one other world which is equally real to the one we are currently in.  Those of us who experience Mandela Effect flip-flops, for example, have witnessed this kind of easy passage from one possible world to the next. We see evidence of this split into two worlds on the Hopi prophecy rock, which indicates that some people will choose to stay close to nature and the relationships with each other in the natural world, while others will take a different path.  Whoever originally carved the message on the Hopi prophecy rock may have been suggesting that there would indeed be two physical realities. Or, perhaps they were suggesting that we ourselves are capable of tuning our own frequency to be aligned with one world or the other.  We also hear about this split into two worlds in the Biblical parable of wheat and tares in Matthew 13:24-30, where Jesus Christ compared the kingdom of heaven to a man who sowed good wheat seed in his field, but while he slept the enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat.  So when the wheat grain sprouted, the tares also appeared.  In this parable, advice was given to allow all seeds to grow together until harvest, when they can be separated. Free choice allows for us to literally experience separate worlds, free from a risk of Solipsism, that can be introduced if we believe each of us creates our own completely independent reality, free from influence from any others.   Reality Selection with Our Frequency On the other hand, it’s entirely possible that each of us primarily only experiences one particular world, although some of us might occasionally be channel flipping through a wide variety of alternate possible realities.   We can see the difference in how our day goes when we remember to ask the question, “How good can it get?” and on the days when we don’t–and this provides us with a way to gauge the difference that our frequency makes.   When we consider how we can see a difference individually in reality selection with our personal vibratory frequency–and also we might be witnessing literally different realities generated by groups of collective consciousness–it’s possible that both of these ideas could be at work. Choosing to Stay Grounded and Heart-Centered We appear to be facing a complex combination of both choosing which reality / world we are living in, as well as which unique-to-us frequency version of that selected world.  Many of us understand the importance of maintaining “high-vibe” emotional states such as gratitude, love, kindness, peace, and joy–and the more we stay at these energetic levels, the more we benefit from enjoyable reality shifts, and fun instantaneous manifestation of whatever we’re focusing our intention and attention on.  This is a beautiful way to “stay tuned” to optimal realities.  But what can we do–if anything–to ensure we’re on the best reality / world for us?   Perhaps the most important “small” detail on the Hopi Prophecy rock involves the way the rock carvings depict the people on the dead-end path as having heads that become detached from their bodies, whereas the people on the path that continues onward past challenging times have heads that remain fully attached.  There appears to be an essential clue here, that may seem so simple as to almost be overlooked.  What we can do to ensure we end up on the optimal reality / world is simply to nourish and nurture connections with others, despite apparent differences.  By seeing each and every being as “another myself” regardless of appearance, beliefs, traditions, or any supposed demarcations whatsoever, we can keep our heads connected to our hearts (and guts) and peacefully evolve forward in the New Earth, on the road to Shambhala, entering the Golden Age.

Wigner Bubbles and the Mandela Effect

What can Wigner Bubbles and the Mandela Effect show us about the nature of reality?

2024-06-30 Cynthia 12 MESWhat is the true nature of reality?  Why does anything exist at all?  These philosophical questions might not feel of earth-shaking importance to most people, since for all practical purposes, such questions can often be ignored, in favor of tending to daily necessities. For those of us who’ve encountered truly mind-boggling experiences that have shaken our beliefs and assumptions to the core, these questions matter.  And that’s when we find the work of philosophers such as Nicholas Rescher and others to provide excellent insights into the extraordinary mysteries of reality that we start to see the exceptional human experience that is the Mandela Effect. The cover of my new book, The Mandela Effect and its Society, depicts an artistic impression of holding two distinctly separate “Wigner Bubbles,” or realities, in one’s hand.  This illustration provides a visceral view of witnessing a personal Mandela Effect, such that one moment one might see and feel a dial turn one way on a device, and in the next moment observe that it now operates in a completely different manner.  The idea behind “Wigner Bubbles” comes to us courtesy of physicist Eric Cavalcanti, who coined the term “Wigner Bubble” to investigate implications of the Wigner’s friend paradox, so that “a coherent story can be told from the perspective of all agents involved regarding their own observations.”  In 1961, physicist Eugene Wigner proposed a thought experiment suggesting that observers of observers in quantum experiments could affect what is observed, and influence the outcome.  For example, a first observer might make an observation in the classic Schrodinger’s cat experiment, where a cat is considered to be in a superposition of states of being both alive and dead inside of a closed box, until the box is opened and the truth is discovered.  This initially shocking and seemingly preposterous idea of superposition of states arose from physicist Erwin Schrodinger’s idea that a quantum particle mechanism (such as a radioactive isotope’s random decay connected to a hammer poised to break open a vial of poison) would ensure that a cat is now involved in the seemingly impossible situation of joining the radioactive quantum isotope in also being in a quantum superposition of states.  The first observer upon opening the box will find the system in a definite state of the cat either being dead, or very much alive. The Wigner’s friend thought experiment raises the question of what an observer of the first observer will see, with questions regarding whether we can take another person’s observations at face value, such that each person has their own subjective reality, and whether we can trust our own observations from the past, since the past may be different from what was previously observed.  If you consider that right now you are in a quantum superposition, so your reading experience exists in several different quantum states simultaneously, then you can imagine that in one reality, you’re reading this page, and in another  you’re thinking about these ideas and gazing out a window.  If at this moment a second person is watching you, they could appreciate that you’re either reading this page, or gazing out a window.  You make one observation, deciding what you’re doing, and someone observing you might see you doing another possible action. Physicist Caslav Brukner conducted experiments acknowledging the Wigner’s friend paradox that we cannot assume our shared knowledge of other observers as our own, or even assume our past knowledge of the present, stating, “… we have proved that one’s own knowledge from the past cannot be used in the present, either.”  Observing quantum systems is known to fundamentally change them.  With respect to the Wigner’s friend paradox, Brukner’s work shows that:
“After the friend’s measurement has taken place, we are in a counterintuitive situation where Wigner describes the friend in quantum superposition of observing two different outcomes, while from the friend’s perspective, a definite outcome must be perceived.”
Meaningfully to those of us who’ve encountered reality shifts and the Mandela Effect, it’s clear that not everyone experiences exactly the same shifts or effects, and sometimes we witness “flip-flops,” where a Mandela Effect goes back and forth between two or more states.  Examples of common Mandela Effect flip-flops include:  Flintstones / Flinstones, and changes to the position of the hand on Rodin’s “The Thinker” statue.  Some consider flip-flops to possibly indicate tug-of-wars between collectives vying for different outcomes. Keeping Wigner’s friend, Wigner Bubbles, and Mandela Effect flip-flops in mind, we start to see the genius in remaining as positively focused as possible, and asking questions regularly such as, “How good can it get?”

Reclaiming Reality Shifting

Not to be confused with delusion, escapism or daydreaming, reality shifting literally changes the physical world

2024-05-31 Cynthia Sue LarsonWhat is the value of reality shifting?  Is it about escapism, entertainment, and daydreaming?  Or does it have some greater purpose? A video was recently brought to my attention, where Asmongold suggested reality shifting is nothing more than people wishing they lived a different life, while entering into states of mind where they can pretend that is true.  I’ve been aware of the booming TikTok reality shifting trend since early 2020, and I created a video about it on August 20, 2022–but it seems it’s a good time to respond to these new views of reality shifting suggesting there is little practical benefit to reality shifting.

TikTok Reality Shifting Trend

The popularity of Reality Shifting really took off in 2020, during the pandemic, with people sharing videos on TikTok, with tips and ideas for how to experience completely different realities.  The rationale given for reality shifting was ostensibly escapism, with some reality shift destinations focusing on such fantastical realms as the Hogwarts school of witchcraft and wizardry from the Harry Potter books.  As some emphasized, “No need to request paid time off, or let your supervisor know.  Just use your brain to think at any point in time, and it’ll happen at your own leisure.  Take an eight month vacation and go anywhere you like.”   Or, “Say no thanks to real life and go live in an online fantasy world with an anime spouse.” TikTok reality shifters utilize terms like shifting from their CR (current reality) to their DR (desired reality), writing scripts of what they’d like to experience, and following various techniques of how to make a shift into another reality.  According to Eli Somer, a clinical psychologist, TikTok reality shifting is something akin to immersive daydreaming where people engage in elaborate, euphoric fantasy worlds for relaxation and entertainment.  There are some similarities between immersive daydreaming and lucid dreaming, that occurs when someone is asleep and realizes within a sleeping dream that they are dreaming–and thus can awaken within the dream.  Skeptics wonder if reality shifters are delusional
Skeptics of TikTok reality shifting might well ask, “Is this like, being delusional?” while pointing out that many of us zone out–taking a kind of mental “vacation” of sorts while daydreaming.  Skeptics notice TikTok reality shifters are demographically teenagers and tweens–who’ve become habituated to mobile devices that prevented them from having normal experiences with daydreaming and meditation.  Reality Shifts
Far from being escapist entertainment for the delusional, reality shifting has a distinguished history of practical application that has long been recognized in the form of miracles and magic.  Institute of Noetic Sciences (IONS) Chief Scientist Dean Radin describes in his book, “Real Magic,” how what used to be called magic thousands of years ago is becoming recognized as scientific fact today.  Some effective techniques that can demonstrate the reality of reality shifting include such qualities as mental focus, which elite athletes are now just as well-trained in as physical training. I’ve shared key ideas about Reality Shifts since the 1990s, including ideas about how we can see evidence that we are not our physical bodies having a consciousness experience–but instead we are consciousness, having a physical embodied experience.  We are all reality shifters, experiencing a natural way of living in what some scientists now recognize as a “Simulation,” which was first referred to as a “Dream.”     Parallel Realities & Higher Levels of Conscious Agency One of the most important questions we can ever ask ourselves is, “Who am I?”  We might think that’s obvious and hardly worth asking–yet in truth, this question gets to the heart of how we can best navigate our lives and feel most fulfilled.  Each of us is actually a multitude.  We exist as a multitude of physical cells in our body.  We also exist as a multitude of levels of awareness, which we are coming to learn sometimes have their own neural centers–including in our brains, hearts, and guts.  Many of the techniques employed to access parallel possible realities involve working optimally with all of these levels of consciousness, in order to experience realities that we most enjoy.  While the process of working with levels of our conscious agency at many levels is a vertical one, we can often sense the presence of adjacent possible realities operating alongside of us. Making a quantum jump into such a parallel possible reality can thus feel as natural as taking a step from the hallway into a room in our house, yet when we pay attention to distinctions and changes, we can sometimes witness proof or evidence that we’ve made a big change, such as out of pain, injury, or illness.  As I mention in my book, Quantum Jumps, the placebo effect has more than doubled in efficacy over the last several decades, with no real reason for such improvements in people’s ability to simply believe, for example, that they’re experiencing reduced pain or improved mobility.   Reclaiming Reality Shifting and Awakening in the Dream
At this time when robots with Artificial Intelligence are becoming self-aware, and noticing, for example, whether a robot is the one who has the ability to speak, or has had its voice disconnected–humans are also deserving of “upgrades” including of our ability to shift reality, and travel between physical worlds.  The purpose of reality shifting can thus be viewed as being much more than mere entertainment, or escapism–it is our birth right, it is a natural gateway to parallel possible worlds, and it can help to ensure we live our best possible lives.

Human Evolutionary Upgrades are here

We can rise above the Drama Triangle

2024-05-03 CSLHave you noticed anything different in the ways you sense and experience the world?  Some of us are starting to notice rather dramatic changes. I feel blessed to work with mentoring and coaching clients who are sometimes early sensors and experiences of energetic shifts, and also with my fellow co-founders or the International Mandela Effect Conference.  What some of us are noticing recently involve changes to our visual perceptions involving rainbow hues, and sparkling lights. I’m hearing from some people that having existing physical, emotional, or energetic pain points and injuries can result in difficulty and additional pain in receiving these upgrades, so I recommend consistently asking my favorite question, “How good can it get?”  Thanks to maintaining such radical optimism, additional support can arrive to assist with receiving energetic upgrades. Blueprint for the Fifth World  This time of Great Awakening has been foretold by indigenous wisdom keepers, mystics, and spiritual masters for millennia.  The Hopi described many signs that we are moving from the fourth world to the fifth, and they provide us with sage advice to keep our hearts open to love, and our kopavi (crown chakra) open to receiving divine inspiration.   The spiritual Masters and wisdom keepers explain that this natural progression from our old way of living to the New Golden Age, will be guided by unconditional divine love. This is a natural process, and a spiritual process, and therefore, we will do well to purify our hearts, and dedicate ourselves to our highest ideals and principles.  Each of us has the opportunity to rise above emotional and even karmic drama. Some people wonder what this new world, this fifth world, this new golden age will look like. We have been given enough information now, to know what this will look like, based on recognizing the way that we now can choose to either remain on the drama triangle, or make choices to evolve above Victim-Rescuer-Perpetrator. geodesic icosahedronJust as Buckminster Fuller created geodesic domes by recognizing that the triangle is the most stable building block, everything humans build can only be as good as their fundamental components.  We can thus envision upgrading our old Drama triangle associated with conflict, wars, trauma, and strife with a new Shambala Triangle.  We can build our new world on this foundation m honoring and recognizing all those who choose to keep hearts and heads open to divine unconditional love. The new Shambala Triangle replaces traumatized victim consciousness with the spiritual strength of vulnerability of sincere authenticity; it replaces anxiety-ridden rescuer consciousness with heartfelt caring kindness; and it replaces righteous anger with the wisdom of deep listening. Our society will be transformed as we each choose to transform ourselves, moving out of drama and trauma (Victim / Rescuer / Perpetrator) into kindness and love ( Sincere Authenticity / Caring Kindness / Listening Wisdom).   Sparkles Over the past couple of weeks, I have been noticing sparkles dancing in front of me, down toward the ground, when I am walking outside.  I wondered at first if this visual surprise might actually be a type of visual migraine, but I was able to rule that out by walking indoors and seeing this sparkling quality vanish.  When I walked outdoors back into the sunny garden, I once again witnessed sparkles in front of me and down by the ground.  I first saw them toward the bottom of my (white) front door, and then noticed them on the dark asphalt street, as I went on a walk in my neighborhood.  I’m noticing something is going on with the angles of sunlight and the sparkles and rainbows effects.  I’m seeing both with such dazzling clarity.  Rainbows Some of us are now noticing that when we look at the sky, we can see rainbow colors on or near the clouds, or near the sun.  There seems to be a softer light evident with pastel rainbow colors increasingly becoming noticeable in places where we’d never seen such beautiful colors before.   Shane Robinson and Christopher Anatra, two of my fellow IMEC board members and co-founders, have been talking about their experiences witnessing these colors near the sun for some time.  Chris has  seen rainbows shooting out of the sun near sunset, when the sun is near the horizon.  Chris suggests the idea that upgrades related to our brain being the projector of our reality and our pineal gland being the lens, with our peripheral vision through our eyes allowing us to see the world at 60 frames per second–and upgrades related to all this could be causing the sparkle effect, possibly related to the pineal gland, or perhaps caused by Cryptochromes (magnetic sensors) in our eyes.    No Pain nor Injury Another possible human evolutionary upgrade that I’ve been experiencing this past week is being injury and pain free when boiling water (at a high, full boil with tea kettle whistling at full strength) covered half of my left hand.  I only felt minor pain from so much heat, and no redness, swelling, nor injury from this boiling water that I accidentally splashed from the tea kettle to my hand.  Before this happened, I’d received intuitive information that morning that a pain-free upgrade was available for humanity–and now I’ve directly experienced it.  It’s kind of mind-blowing when it happens to you personally!  I’ve on occasion accidentally been burned by hot objects or boiling water, and always in the past I’ve needed to immerse the affected area with cold water.  But not this time!  I skipped any treatment protocol, since none was needed–though by all rights some kind of healing treatment would have been necessary. Seeking some kind of rational explanation for this, one idea was shared with me by fellow IMEC board member and co-founder, Shane Robinson.  Shane posited that in the moment that I saw boiling hot water splashing onto my hand I chose not to be burned by it–essentially making a quantum jump in that moment to a reality where the water is hot, but not so scalding that it would burn or blister or injure me in any way.  IMEC board member and co-founder, Christopher Anatra pointed out that not getting burned is something he’s noticed himself, sharing that, “With all the time I’ve spent in the hot Polynesian sun, Caribbean sun, etc., I am not getting sunburned at all.  My skin does get hot, but it doesn’t burn.”  Chris suggests the possibility that our plasma bodies are coming online, and the waters in our body may be upgrading to be of a plasma type frequency, where a certain amount of all the atoms are ionized.  Human Evolutionary Upgrades We are well on our way now to starting to see that we truly can get some evolutionary upgrades that are every bit as good–or perhaps even better–than what Transhumanism has to offer.  Thanks to paying attention to things like changes in our perceptual abilities, seeing rainbows and sparkles–and noticing that we might be developing protection against pain and injury–we can better envision how we can continue to live lives based on authenticity, kindness, and connection.   Revhumanism invites us to live true to our highest potential of embodying more wisdom than cleverness; more hope than cynicism; more humility than hubris; more empathy than apathy; and more reverence than insolence.  Revhumanism represents a radical invitation for each of us to be the highest level embodiment of consciousness we wish to see in the world.  When we see everyone and everything from the perspective of reverence, doors to adjacent possible realities will consistently open where there were no doors before.

Taking the Off-ramp from Armageddon: Choosing reverence, connection, and a path to Shambhala

IMG_3193At this time of inversion, when biblical and Hopi prophecies suggest Armageddon is near, might there be another path? Gregg Braden recently shared a video, Are We Following an Ancient Script?  examining biblical prophecies from Psalm 83.  Careful scrutiny, and study of this biblical scripture suggests that some of the specific indicators predicted are starting to come to pass.  There do appear to be affiliations between countries in the Middle East focused on war.  Braden asks whether it might be possible for humanity to choose not to show up for what seems to be a series of scripted battles, and wars.  Braden asks:
“Do we, as conscious beings, as spiritual beings, have the right to self determination of our future?  Can we awaken into the point where we can have the thousand years of peace, without the Gog/Magog, without the tribulation, without the Armageddon war?”
I love these questions that Greg Braden asks, because they invite us to imagine how good it can get even when we may be observing sequences of events that suggest we may be entering end times.    InversionThe Inversion Many people have recently noted that we are living in a time of Inversion.  Signs of this inversion include people noticing such things as medical systems harming instead of healing, and national military organizations contributing to overturning instead of defending their own populace.  Some of our most trusted institutions can seem to be doing the exact opposite of their original stated mission, goals, and objectives, and it can seem like the world is experiencing a slow-motion train wreck in real time.
In his book, The Inversion, author Kingsley Dennis invites us to question why an industrial-technology-media complex has become the dominant political and economic force of governance, and how our way of life seems to be moving toward becoming increasingly more morally corrupt and upside-down.
  From Inversion to Reversion
I was talking with a friend this past month who pointed out that the process of giving birth is something akin to an inversion, and after a child is born, a period of reversion back to a prior (less stressful) state of being begins.  Another dear friend of mine is the mother of many children, and I’ve often marveled at how much she savors the sweet time after each child is born, with golden moments of appreciating the mother-child bond, and feeling a magical kind of sweetness in the air.  This mother-of-many appreciates the calm that can come after the storm of birth, and the feeling of fresh new beginnings, divine connection, and loving mother-child connection. Something wonderful can happen when we put these ideas together–starting with the idea where Barbara Marx Hubbard pointed out, Our Crisis is a Birth, and this great Inversion we are sensing can be envisioned as delivering a whole new world for us to savor and treasure and enjoy, like a mother with newborn baby.    Rapture, reverence, and Revhumanism
Gregg Braden mentions the idea of the Rapture in biblical prophecy, as:
“Another reason that so many are examining what’s happening in the Middle East in Israel right now with a magnifying glass is because there is a prophesized event called the Rapture.  The Rapture is being linked with what many now are calling Ascension.  And there’s a whole series of conversations about Ascension that means different things to different people.”
I’ve also talked about the topic of Ascension, linking it to a number of energetic experiences (including such things as experiencing increased synchronicity, repeating patterns of numbers, and ringing in the ears) that is typically accompanied by a powerful expansion of consciousness.  In this process of expansion and spiritual growth people can more clearly see the value in choosing to rise above a pattern of emotional/energetic reactions, such as can be found in the so-called “Victim triangle” or “drama triangle.”   We can witness this for ourselves when we observe the difference between how our day unfolds from a starting point of emotions of fearfulness versus gratitude–we can collect our own personal observational data to illustrate the importance of these foundational states of being.  Numerous studies clearly indicate the value of adopting a regular practice of gratitude, noting that developing heartfelt appreciation and some form of gratitude practice can reshape our brains, uplift our moods, and improve our overall sense of well-being and quality of life. The idea of Revhumanism involves relating with reverence, humility, and empathy with others, with the Earth, and with the Cosmos, inviting us to actuate high-level sovereign agency.  We can observe our thoughts and feelings at higher levels of self, without “having buttons pushed.”  We can rise above “fight or flight” (or freeze) reactive responses, and view events free from anger or anguish about the past or fearful anxiety about the future, feeling connection with our best possible future selves who are loving, joyful, fearless, compassionate, and reverent.   Revhumanism acknowledges that humanity is part of a living, growing Cosmos, with everyone intrinsically having a transcendent divine nature.    Taking the Off-ramp Revhumanism invites us to live true to our highest potential of embodying more wisdom than cleverness; more hope than cynicism; more humility than hubris; more empathy than apathy; and more reverence than insolence.  Revhumanism represents a radical invitation for each of us to be the highest level embodiment of consciousness we wish to see in the world.  When we see everyone and everything from the perspective of reverence, doors to adjacent possible realities open where there were no doors before.
