Animal Magic
I just published a new book! It's called ANIMAL MAGIC, and it's a funny adventure story written for middle-grade readers, though it's okay for adults and precocious children as well. I read it to my kids when they were ten and they loved it. It's loosely based on my own childhood, so it's "old timey" as my kids called it, that is, set in the 1980s.
I also illustrated this book, both interior and the cover. The illustrations are ink and watercolor and are mostly of animals. I'd wanted it illustrated but couldn't afford a good illustrator so I spent the past year and a half brushing up my drawing and painting skills.
It's so newly published that so far I can only find it on a Japanese Kobo site for 333 yen https://books.rakuten.co.jp/rk/e99c38...
but I'm sure it will be available on Amazon soon. I've set up almost every distribution channel. This time I went with a different ebook distributor so we'll see how it goes.
If anyone spots this in the wild, or finds another link, let me know!
