Harshith is a published author and teacher educator pursuing his M.Ed. from RIE(NCERT), Mysuru where he also assumes the office of Students’ Council President and his MA in Psychology from Mizoram Central University. He is currently also affiliated with the APA. He was a member of the United Nations- International Youth Council and of The Indian Science Congress Association. He has also interned at Atomic Energy Central School (Department of Atomic Energy, Govt. Of Ind), Mysuru as a TGT in Physical and Biological Sciences.

He has published a reference book and six research papers in various international peer-reviewed journals and his interest lies in Educational psychology and management.

He is also a JUO in 13 KAR BN, Gp Mysuru in NCC and has been part of the Thal Sainik Camp '22 Mysuru Group team.
