A Little Teaser....
A lot of you have been asking about other characters getting their stories within the Dark Breed universe. Our answer has always been... you never know. Well. You still, never know. However... Stay tuned. I think Haven fans might be intrigued to learn more over the next few months!Kisses!!

Happy April Fools!
It's an odd day to get nice reviews... but happy April Fool's Day (and belated Easter!). The Easter bunny brought us some very nice words this year. Thought we'd share.
From Smash Attack Reads ~ "Thank you, Sable Grace, for creating a world so dark-and-disturbing that even I wouldn’t want to live there. Hell I wouldn’t even want to visit and honestly Kyana kinda scares me anyway. Girl has serious anger issues and I’m a smart ass; not a winning combination. I’d let the snark fly and she’s kill me just so she wouldn’t have to deal with me. That being said, I thoroughly enjoyed see the world through Kyana and Ryker’s eyes. I give Chosen 5 stars."

A little late, I know, but ten days into a new year and I already feel like time's speeding by again! Here's to hoping all of you are going forward with good intentions toward goals and dreams, and that you'll take a minute to let us know how they're going. We can all use all the motivation we can get!

Ryker's Christmas Kabobs
In honor of Avon's Christmas Blog, we welcome you to try Ryker's Christmas Kabobs. He made these for Kyana in Bedeviled, book 2 of the Dark Breed Novels. Hope you enjoy and have a very Merry Christmas!
Sable
These are so simple and quick to make.
First, marinate beef, pork, or chicken in your favorite seasonings. Salt, pepper, garlic, a dash or two or Worcestershire, and some Cajun spice works nicely.
Next, season up some peppers, onions, mushrooms, and tomatoes--or pick your favorite veggies. There are no wrong choices here. This can be whatever is to your liking. (Note, I used button cap mushrooms and precooked them in a cup of water, two beef bouillon cups, sea salt and a clove of garlic. Bring them to a boil, reduce heat to medium low and simmer for one hour).
Skewer up the kabobs and toss them on a low grill.
Serve with Orzo or rice, a warm crescent roll and a glass of wine and you have a meal fit for a Goddess!

First and foremost, happy birthday to half of Sable Grace, Laura Barone!
Secondly, a new recipe is up at our saucy side... it was given to me by my ex-brother in law years ago and I still love it above anything store bought so check it out!
Lastly, to answer the question most tweeted and emailed... yes, CHOSEN was the last in the Kyana and Ryker trilogy. Whether or not it will be the last of the DARK BREED NOVELS remains to be seen. However, a new project is in works and info on that will be forthcoming!
