Just decided to choose a book from last year and review it:
Fabulously scripted, and a dream to read. This is a remarkable story of a little girl destined to be a Geisha. It's very hard to know this is a work of fiction because its so fantastically told. I absolutely loved it, and I recommend it completely. It assails all the senses- imagery is unbelievable, emotions run high, and you can almost smell, taste and hear everything thats going on. All the characters are remarkable and you actually step inside this world.
