The seeker cannot find what it seeks if what it seeks is itself. I believe this to be emphatically true! Fact of the matter is, the way to actually find yourself is not to go looking for what is you - but if you can identify what is not you and learn to release it...what's left is you.

Many months ago, I had actor Noah Blake on my upcoming new talk show The InterView with Terrance Bell. Noah happens to be the son of accused murderer, actor Robert Blake. Anyway, Noah made a very enlightening statement on my show that I'd like to share. The segment was about people searching to find themselves and what Noah said was, "The seeker cannot find what it seeks if what it seeks is itself." Simple statement but profoundly true. I believe this to be emphatically true. And to add, I believe the way to actually find yourself is not to go looking for what IS YOU, but if you can identify what is NOT YOU and learn to release it - the rest is you.

For all those in the struggle of love, success, happiness and much more, stay strong and hold on. Your breakthrough is happening now! It's during those painful moments when you think to yourself, "Am I going down the right path?" "Is this what I really want for my life?" "Is this person right for me?" Your thoughts are the gateway to your destiny. Change your thinking and it will change your entire life. The body goes to work to complete the picture the mind has given it. Master your thoughts and enjoy the benefits of living your whole self. You cannot reach or achieve anything when you are in fragmented pieces. It's only when you are whole as a person that your definite of purpose becomes clear.

The more you say, the more likely you are to say something foolish. Besides, there is plenty of time to add words but you cannot take them away.

Sex alleviates tension, and love causes it. Simple as that!

They say that the two greatest institutions for lifting people out of poverty and enabling them to live in dignity are the market economy and the institution of marriage. These institutions will, in the end, stand or fall together.

Find a place you've never been before, where you can sit, uninterrupted, for an hour. The more unfamiliar the environment, the better for arousing creativity.

Smile at life! It truly works wonders.

When you get ready for something new, you have to be careful that you don't attach it to something old otherwise you'll ruin the integrity of both things.

Struggle is the necessary preparation for what's yet to come. Don't give up before you get it!
