I believe that one of the potential reasons why people are reluctant to purchase books is that they have no idea what the content looks like. Particularly when it comes to illustrated books of course.

So, in order to try to address this - a least a little - I've put together a small video to show some of the pages from our books. This will allow potential buyers to really appreciate Dori's fabulous illustrations. I think the books are worth buying just for those. My wonderful text being an added bonus. :)

I became very excited, briefly, yesterday, when I received an unexpected request to do an interview on a local radio program. Sadly, it probably won't eventuate, but it was nice to be asked.

It all came about as a result of a poem I had posted on a community forum. The subject being an ice-cream man, who has become something of a local enigma. The radio producer was hoping that I would be able to fill in some of the mystery that surrounds Pedro. But, alas, I had to admit that I had nothing of substance to contribute.

Still, there's always a chance that the poem will still be read out on air, and- as they say- any publicity is good publicity. So, fingers croseed! 🤞
