Hi, Richard. Thanks for offering to review. I really appreciate that.

I have two books. You can preview up to 5 chapters of each at cuttsbooks.wordpress.com. You can then decide which one would be more fun for you.

Good luck with your mystery. I'll look forward to checking it out!

It's wonderful to hear from you. I recently finished Wil Deft and truly loved it even more than Sinnabar. I sort of wish I'd read it first. I felt that Wil Deft really approaches the status of a classic tale. Very complex. Very moving. A whole universe of intrigue and possibilities. I'll check out your other works. If you haven't already, I hope you will write true sequels to Wil Deft. I think you've invented a universe you can do wonderful things with! As for Terry Pratchett, I can't say that I've tried to emulate him but rather that my natural style leans in that direction and I hope I've capture human nature in a similarly light hearted way in my two novels - Death by Haggis and Annie Gomez and the Gigantic Foot of Doom. Thanks so much for writing to me. I'm inspired, impressed, and deeply intrigued by your writing.(less)

Annie Gomez and the Gigantic Foot of Doom

I'm announcing the (self-)publication of my new novel, Annie Gomez and the Gigantic Foot of Doom. It's now available through CreateSpace and Amazon.

This is technically a YA novel, featuring Annie and her coterie of fellow brilliant misfits. However, as with many of the Terry Pratchett novels that I love, this is very much for adults as well. After all, how many of us have progressed that far beyon Read more of this blog post »

Jay Cutts Steve, I had the same experience when writing [book:Death by Haggis|17251009. I'd sit there wondering what was going to happen with a particular character and suddenly get an insight. My reaction was often, "Wow. I didn't know that was going to happen."

Steve LeBel Thank you for your kind words about my book, The Universe Builders: Bernie and the Putty. I really appreciate them.

The book was a hoot to write. In some parts it just seemed to write itself.

Steve

Kathleen Hi Jay, I mostly read romances, but I also love fantasy. In fantasy, see my reviews of Terry Pratchett, Lois McMasters Bujold, and Steve and Sharon Miller.
