Wheels of Justice

The recent Sir Savile, Lord Rennard etc. allegations are following a disturbing pattern. It seems the independent media is the only justice tool available to the public. The pro-state, public-funded BBC channel doesn't break these stories, but if you can get your allegations against Establishment figures aired on an independent national TV station, then the wheels of justice reluctantly turn.

This is a major reason why my story hasn't been given any media coverage. And I really didn't stand a chance with the BBC's Panorama (documentary programme) did I!

Just Human

Rare, in that a barrister was successfully prosecuted for perverting justice. Only the second(?) in over 800 years. She was also a judge (and an author).

Her crime was "an act of arrogance by educated individuals who considered that respect for the law was for others". Well, that applies to Lily's abduction, so why won't the cops investigate properly? A major factor is that there is no mainstream-media (MSM) coverage of my story. The media have not touched it in eight years. As with so many cases of institutional injustice, the real justice battlefront is the MSM: no awareness means no justice.

The Impunity Pact

I came across this article today and it reminded me of certain conclusions I drew in my book.

Compare these quotes from the article and my own book:
Article
The group is alleged to have included senior figures in public life, the military, politics and law enforcement.
..."They had no hesitation in doing what they wanted to do," Nick said. "Some of them were quite open about who they were. They had no fear at all of being caught, it didn't cross their mind."

Book
The cover-up was so complete that it must have involved several people in positions of real power across the whole spectrum of the Establishment. That observation is supported by the fact that even though some of the cover-up activities were serious, the perpetrators obviously didn't think there was a risk in doing them....It was as if the Establishment had hit the emergency button, classified the cover-up as priority number one and locked down every avenue to justice. That every political party, lawyer, police authority, charity, court and media entity I contacted were nullified beggared belief.

Nothing has changed. Those that aided Lily's abduction and the subsequent cover-up just knew they would get away with it.

In this country ironically called Great Britain, institutions are protected at the expense of the public: reputation before truth and justice.
