My third eBook novel "Gated" is nearing its first draft completion.

A horror/thriller about a couple moving from England to an idyllic American gated community after suffering a tragedy. Only they soon find out that paradise comes at a cost and when you sign a lease, you should always check the fine print.

Just completed the first draft of "Gated" a horror/thriller ebook, start proofing tomorrow.

7 short stories in the bag now for my fourth novel "Asylum" and the book is about half way done at just over 40,000 words.

The launching of my third novel "Gated" went well. A few thousand free downloads on launch weekend, and some decent sales to back it up, as well as some nice reviews.

Maybe this will be the one that catches, we can only dream.

Having spent most of my xmas break re-proofing "Gated", today is back to work day. "Gated" is still selling well and gratefully recieving good reviews on Amazon.

"Asylum" is progressing nicely with 8 of 13 short stories in the bag. The stories seem to be well received by my trusted band of guinea pig readers, thank you all as always.

Just managed to hit #1 on the Amazon UK free ebook horor chart

"Gated" now has a new highest chart position on Amazon UK of #4 in the Horror chart and #2 on the Horror/Thriller chart.

Also managed to blag an interview with my local county's newspaper for "hopefully" some good publicity.

"Family Portrait" is now renamed "The Montague Portrait". Just passed 27,000 words, closing in on about 1/3 of the way in and shaping up nicely.

My 4th novel "Asylum" is currently out for proofing, so hope to launch it soon.

Huge thanks to everyone who took the time to download "Gated" during free promotion. Over 5 day giveaway final figure was 9656 giving an overall sales and free total since its launch in Dec 2012 of 15,746 :)

"Gated" has reached 100 reviews on Amazon UK and added bonus, it was a nice 5* one. So chuffed to have reached a century of reviews on just one site, a huge thanks to eveyone who took the trouble.

I was going through my Amazon accounts the other day and imagine my shock to find that my eBook novel "GATED" has now passed 21,000 downloads since its launch in Dec 2012. That number is mind blowing to me and is a nice way to mark my one year anniversary at attempting to start a writing career. A massive thanks to everyone who took the time to read my work. 2013 has been a great year to date and has allowed me to make a living from sales and write full-time.
