Hi all,

I've gotten a couple messages about this already but I deleted all of my reviews. The constant debates over whether authors should be allowed to write reviews turned what used to be a fun and enjoyable hobby into something that made me feel increasingly stressed and policed as it began to clash with my writing career.

I'm reuploading some of my favorite reviews (sorry for the spam) and I'll probably still continue to review my favorite books & old bodice-rippers, but today marks an official end to my sixteen year stint as a book reviewer. I've privated my blog, too.

For the record, I sincerely believe that anyone should be able to review honestly, as long as they aren't being malicious or cruel, and I want people to feel safe reviewing my own work in what is-- and should be-- a readers' space. Even if they're an author.

Anyway, so long and thanks for all the fish. ♥

Bone jar, mon cherries! About 10+ of my books will be free for TOMORROW ONLY. I thought about doing a sale but I've been feeling pretty bleak lately and I thought free books might be a nice little treat for anyone else who, like me, gets blue around the holidays.
