Goodreads Giveaway Update!
UPDATE 07/01/2018: As predicted, if you select "ending soonest" and actually see all of the available giveways (unlike from the Giveaways start page), you will see there are now only 28 pages of giveaways.
Sound like alot? Before this new program there was typically 90 pages or more!
And yes, month 7 of this new program and it's STILL U.S. only!

Enjoying the new Goodreads Giveaway Program? Well it's about to get even more intrusive, er, "better".
I've recently received an email extolling the "virtues" of a new "feature" to the giveway program that is supposed to make me wet my panties: (NEW) A customizable message sent by Goodreads to entrants who don’t win, providing a unique chance to connect with potentially thousands of readers interested in your book.
So you remember that policy they drilled into giveaway authors and used to make readers feel more comfortable? You know the one forbidding authors from contacting giveaway entrants? Well, that's gone bye-bye now. At least for anyone willing to buy access via a giveaway.
