FOUR SCORE and MORE
This is my story of growing up on a dry-land farm in the Midwest during the Great Depression, the Dust Bowl days and WW 11. .It's a memoir, history and a family legacy of my life's dreams, endeavors and lessons.As a child I adopted the faith of my Quaker raised father.I remember his words to me: "God has a plan for each of us, He helps those who help themselves." As an adult, I found ways to cope by recalling the expression: " When life hands you lemons, you make lemonade.
