Today is my 42nd birthday, but it's also the 2nd birthday of my novel The Transhumanist Wager. While I am distancing myself from the book as an aspiring politician, the book continues to make an impact, having been mentioned in many major publications this last year, and also increasingly being used in some college and high school courses around the world. A number of international translations are also in the works. There were also nearly 20,000 downloads of the novel in a single day last year (I think the 5th most downloaded book in the world that day) with a special promotion. Anyway, the paperback version is now only $7.88 in the US--a special sale price. Grab a physical copy if you don't have one as a new version with new professional cover and editing will eventually be out, making this one an original first edition (I may be over reaching here, but think first edition Atlas Shrugged from the 50s). And eventual movie right sales and sequels will help The Transhumanist Wager further along in becoming truly established in the literary world.
