Para quem não me conhece, sou alguém que sempre se interessou pelos ditos "mistérios da vida". "Quem sou, para onde vou, aqui o que faço?" - Aos olhos de muitos essas perguntas parecem fúteis e exotéricas, talvez mesmo superficiais... Mas, se formos realmente a fundo dentro delas, e portanto também dentro de nós mesmos, acredito que iremos nos deparar com aquilo que mais nos fascina e ao mesmo tempo apavora: Conhecer a si mesmo.

Algumas centenas de anos antes de Jesus, foi exatamente isso que o filósofo grego Sócrates leu gravado na entrada de um templo em Delfos ("Conheça-te a ti mesmo"), e desde então dedicou sua vida a conhecer a si, e com isso irônicamente conseguiu conhecer mais sobre a natureza do mundo todo, e de todos os seres, do qu Para quem não me conhece, sou alguém que sempre se interessou pelos ditos "mistérios da vida". Hoje em dia, o conhecimento está a disposição de todos, seja pelos livros, cinema, televisão, ou algo tão maravilhoso quanto a internet... Mas afinal, tanto conhecimento não pode nos atordoar? Será que precisamos ler todos os manuscritos da era moderna para termos sequer noção de alguma resposta plausível para as três perguntas acima? Acredito que não, que o caminho mais fácil é seguir para dentro.

Sem isolar-se no cume da montanha mais distante, e lidar a fundo consigo mesmo, mas também com o mundo... É isso que tenho tentado fazer.

Para quem me conhece, ou acha que me conhece, peço perdão por nem sempre ter lhes contado sobre o que ando pensando. O mundo atual não é feito para se filosofar, afinal o capitalismo é dinâmico, e a roda do dinheiro e do entretenimento tem de girar sempre... Mas o homem é realmente genial quando quer, e com suas diversas máscaras, consegue fingir tão perfeitamente que acredita mesmo ser apenas mas um na multidão, a seguir os padrões de comportamento, padrões de moda, padrões de religiosidade...

Mas os padrões de pensamento, esses são íntimos de cada um, esses só mesmo o ser em si conhece, mesmo que ainda tenha tanto medo de olhar para si. E para aprimorar o pensar, nada como refletir... Refletir como um espelho que manda de volta toda a luz que lhe é enviada, mas então essa luz já é uma outra luz, pois cada espelho a reflete de uma forma distinta. Textos que levam a reflexão, reflexões que podem modificar os textos, pois que não existem dogmas e nem seres perfeitos a habitar essa terra.
