Certain misguided members of my family take offence when I argue that Lonmin, if there were any justice in the world, would long ago have incurred the death penalty, and that, at the very least, it ought to be deported. Their case
becomes harder to sustain every day. Here's hoping that it crumbles soon, along with the widely-accepted notion that corporate malfeasance, although usually more damaging and more dangerous, should always be punished more lightly than its human equivalent.
