This is my first book. I never thought it would be a personal development book. I presumed I would run whimsical with lyrical prose in a novel, but there you go.

I fell in love with the escapism of writing. Even in detention when I avoided sports by deliberately wearing the wrong uniform, I wrote stories.

I went to uni and learnt to become a copywriter, but sold out to the dark-side and became a marketer instead.

Years marched on with vigour and a baby popped out and I became a yoga teacher.

It was only when I moved to Russia that my fingers began to tap again with stories. I began a blog and wrote for Elephant Journal.

Things have blossomed and bloomed from there.
