Okay. So it's been some time since The Child of Misfortune has been released and now the book is finally getting some traction. I recently discovered it was on the OM Book Store bestsellers list - and that was quite a surprise - so I took a picture and here it is . And now the book's also being read by people who aren't just separated from me by one or two degrees. And it is receiving QUITE a favorable response (and also a couple of scathing reviews on how I need to get a life:)). 
 
So here are a few reviewers by critics that granted me an objective, external verification to the effect that TCOM is indeed a great book. A lot of these reviews have flattered me greatly - and some have humbled me. Others have made me realise I need to deliver on the promises I've made in this 1st book. And to all the reviewers and readers out there - yes, this is not the end of the story. The story is supposed to be 2 novels - and TCOM is the first part. So yes, all those loose ends will be tied up. And I am eager to write further on and do just that!
