Hello Dear Friends and Readers.

We realize this site has been woefully neglected and we apologize. I’m going to be brutally honest and trust that if you are here, you are kind people.
You will note the last post was in December, 2018, which happened to be the week our beloved Debbie moved on. This was her thing, and honestly Mary and I have not had the information and perhaps the strength to come back and work on it.
Frankly, she would be furious.

Please know that we are working on three books at the moment, and that the Quilting Queen is doing well so if you haven’t read the latest Miranda Hathaway mystery, please do and let us know your ideas, thoughts, critiques, we always appreciate them.

Thank you for all of your kind notes, and well wishes. It is still hard and we both know that Debbie is always looking over our shoulders, just like now.

So now we will strive to entertain you, and share the tales of our friends in Cutler, Darcy, Meredith, Skyler, Cayden, Sophie, and any others that show up in Mary’s dreams.

A special thanks everyone who entered our Giveaway for the new book. My sister and co-author, Debbie, left us in November. This story was her very own and she was working on it the morning she passed. It will always be very special to me for that reason. It is a love story, like the Hallmark movies she loved so much, and a change from the quilt series which is our bestseller. I encouraged her to take a break from that series and elaborate on a short story she had written years earlier. I am so glad and grateful that she had the chance. The third book in the Miranda Hathaway Adventures series is currently being edited. The Quilt Show Caper will be released soon. The mayor has asked the Quilt Guild to sponsor a Quilt Show to raise money for the school’s extracurricular activities. The ladies are happy to oblige, but are devastated when someone turns on the sprinklers and several valuable quilts are damaged. They are even more upset when they learn that the money from the cash boxes is missing. Who would do such a terrible thing? Everyone knew the money was for the school!

Miranda is a widow with a dismal track record when it comes to dating, but this guy is different. Gabe was surprised when his wife of 25 years left him for her yoga instructor. He hasn’t dated much since the divorce.
