Official Notice from Echo & The Bunnymen

Vinyl Recordings

It has come to our attention over the past 12 months that several companies have released vinyl recordings of some of our live performances without our permission.

Unofficial

We would like to clarify that none of these releases have been authorized by the band and should be considered unofficial. These recordings, along with their production and artwork, have not received our approval, and the band does not receive any compensation from the sale of these copies.

Fans

While we appreciate entrepreneurial efforts, we do not endorse the exploitation of our name and work without prior communication or consent. We recognize that some fans may be interested in owning vinyl versions of our concerts, and this is something we are actively exploring. Rest assured, when we move forward, all parties involved will be properly compensated.

Legal Advice

We are currently seeking legal advice on the appropriate course of action.

Thank you for your understanding and support,
Echo & The Bunnymen

Echo & The ‘EE’ Men

The Killing Moon

We are pleased to announce that The Killing Moon has been used as the soundtrack for the latest EE advert in the UK.

EE

EE launches new brand campaign, Curfew, illustrating how customers can keep their whole family connected in and out of the home, with ultra-secure broadband and ultra-safe mobile from EE, the UK’s best network. When customers take out EE broadband and mobile together, they will become an EE One customer and unlock benefits including unlimited data SIMs, meaning they can take control of their connectivity.

[image error] Saatchi & Saatchi

With creative from Saatchi & Saatchi, the work is led by 90” film, Curfew, which goes live today (14th August). The film opens on a group of teenagers at a cinema, as the scene quickly changes to a parent peering out of their window with the words ‘DON’T BE LATE’ written across the screen. We then see a montage of scenes of teenagers enjoying their nights out – from playing arcade games and football, to hanging out at a fairground. These are interspersed with messages and phone calls from parents checking in that everything is okay.
