I'm embarking on a new adventure ; opening a restaurant ! I've done this a few times before, the big difference being that that was for other people this time it is my restaurant ! It will be in the 17th arrondissement of Paris, and is set to open by the end of Feb. It will be a vegan restaurant, cafe and green smoothie bar. This is something Paris is lacking, and I also believe it is the future of food. So yes, after toxifying your livers for years, I am putting my mixology skills to better use : Green Smoothies !!! Saints, they say, are sinners who go on trying... ;)
