He looks like a cat but acts like a dog - he barks like a dog (I kid you not), wags his tail, runs to the door when he hears a car drive up, begs at the table, has the markings of a chow-chow in his mouth, and I'm pretty sure he was that cat that got brain-swapped with the pooch in that mad scientist cartoon!
