We know you guys have been dying for this book, and it will be out VERY SOON. And we are very excited about this book. It will be the fourth book we’ve launched this year (woohoo!) and the third book in this series since March. (It’s September, so while I know the wait is unbearable, this is still a pretty fast publishing schedule guys!)

And wow, has this series taken off. Millions of you have watched our trailer. The first two books both instantly hit the USA TODAY bestseller list! And the fan response has been incredible. We love you guys.

And I know you all want to know the EXACT DATE this is launching. But, we aren’t going to announce the date of its launch until we are 1-3 days from the actual launch, for various reasons, but know that it’s soon! In the meantime, we’ve been posting daily teasers over on our Facebook page, and today you get the entire chapter 1 of Silver Flame. And it’s a LONG chapter!

Keep in mind, we are still editing, so don’t panic if a typo snuck in.

Also keep in mind we reserve the right to change anything about this chapter prior to launch if we find it necessary to do so.

And of course, I think this goes without saying, but I’ll say it anyways: THIS CONTAINS SPOILERS TO BOOKS 1 & 2. If you haven’t read Vampire Girl and Midnight Star, this isn’t the place to start. Go read them, then come back and read this. Don’t ruin the twists for yourself. That would be sad.
