Mafia By Blood

This was one of the responses I received from a “friend” when I told her I was writing a romance book. Not only a romance book, but a MAFIA Romance book. I have always been fascinated with the Mafia, ok I am lying I have been OBSESSED with them. If it’s Italian… I’ll take it and chances are I will love it.

In our society we tend to pass judgement on groups of people because they are different. What if we learn to appreciate our differences so that we all benefit? I am not Italian but I have gone out of my way to learn about the culture and I see the beauty. I am sure someone is asking is there any beauty in the Italian Mafia?

The Urban dictionary says the “Mafioso”, which is what some call the Mafia does their job to make life easier for his people. Any criminal acts that the Mafia does is done for the good of their people. They are known to be experts at getting the job done, as long as no questions are asked. The Mafia aren’t a bunch of criminals, they are simply problem solvers and successful businessmen who make their people happy. Am I the only girl that wants a man like this?
