"Thought-provoking, quirky and entertaining. Liked the twisted plotlines. It is a nice engaging story. The use of wordplay and imagery made me feel like an absent presence in the scenes - a feature quite prominent in Virginia Woolf’s novel ‘Mrs. Dalloway’."
"The imagery is beautiful in a lot of places and manages to freeze the flow of time. Overall, I really like the realism in which the characters are grounded and how their attitudes and opinions change over time rather than being affected by a single incident or act. I have to say the author’s understanding of human behaviour is admirable."
"An unrestrained account of a bachelor, that makes even the most cynical idler dare to dream.
Insightful, funny and engrossing, all at the same time. A recommended read for sure!"
