Yesterday was the first day of 2020 and the day my first novel became available to the public. After three years of writing and learning all about this, the culmination of holding the book in my hand was highly emotional! (I'm not a person who cries easily, but this one got me!) I'm a Grandmother, so this has been a long time in the works, and a heart's desire forever! Even though I've written professionally for my business career, this was different and so special. I wanted to write a book that I would enjoy - a faith walk in a story that was entertaining and also captured the magic of Mackinac Island. I started writing it while sitting on the porch of the Grand Hotel! Now, I can't wait to see who else enjoys the journey.
