A PEEK THROUGH THE VEIL.
This time last year I attempted to start my online brand because I was into health and fitness (still is), I created a beautiful recipe ebook and launch my website. It went nowhere because I started a 9-6 job which made me very stressed and exhausted. I was overworked, underpaid, my boss was a total asshole and on the other hand, my toddler just started kindergarten.
Writing my books had always been at the back of my brain. I've had a knack for it since I was a teen. I used to write fan fiction and screenplays secretly. When the real world started to feel like shit, writing or reading was always a great escape.
My back hurts, my neck hurts and my ass has cushion tattoos all over it from sitting too long. I don't expect to get rich overnight but I feel that my time and energy is well invested in my books.
