How to get rid of bad habits?

As for bad habits, everyone can stop drinking or smoking at any time. The so-called physiological dependence, or addiction, here plays far from the main role. In the energetic sense, addiction means tuning to the frequency of lifelines, where a person has these bad habits. There are weak lifelines, where a person smokes (drinks) moderately, and there are more intense lines. You are currently on one line or another. If the habit becomes a way of avoiding problems and there are many problems, the radiation becomes cleaner, which entails a transition to more intense lines.

To return to the line of life without these habits, you just need to stop radiating energy at these frequencies. We can give one very typical example of how this is done. When the most notorious smokers go on a campaign on a submarine, they are not at all in the absence of an opportunity to smoke. As soon as the hatch is battened down and the command to dive is given, thoughts about smoking disappear completely, since objectively there is no opportunity to smoke. The smoker completely reconciled with this objective necessity and simply does not even think about it. He is not upset and not happy about this.No thoughts — no radiation, which means that the smoker shifts from his former lifeline to another, where he does not smoke. Where did the physiological dependence? But the boat returns from the march, and if the smoker had no intention of throwing, he remembers that it would be nice to have a smoke. The radiation appears again, and it returns to its former lines.

Physiological dependence actually manifests itself as a pendulum capturing the frequency of mental radiation.

If a person drank alcohol or took drugs, the pendulum temporarily lends his energy to him, so the person experiences a surge of strength, euphoria. So frequency is captured. But the pendulum does not give energy free of charge. Short-term recovery is followed by a heavy payoff — hangover or withdrawal. In this state, a person is directly connected to the pendulum, and he is sucking the energy out of him. That part of the energy that the pendulum first gives away is negligible compared to what it then takes. Therefore, breaking is so hard. A person feels quite literally as if someone had clutched his pincers into his energy body. The pendulum puts a condition: either it is necessary to accept more, or the torture will continue. If a person accepts more, some of the energy is again lent to him, but this is followed by an even harder payment. The pendulum will leave a person alone, only when there is nothing more to take from him. If a person who has survived a break continues to hang on a string at the pendulum, history repeats itself. The thread of the pendulum is the memory of short-term euphoria and the desire to repeat this experience.

Why is it so difficult to get rid of a bad habit? Pay attention to how the question is usually asked: not “refuse”, but “get rid”. The habit is considered as a harmful parasite, which in principle can be destroyed, or as a disease that can be cured. Such a question has led to the emergence of various methods of treatment and pharmacological drugs. It is well known that treatment sometimes helps, sometimes not.

Do you probably think I now want to curse all this medicine and anathematize it? Do not guess! If a person plays the game “Treatment”, medicine will help him. Belief in the effectiveness of treatment is a good way to tune your radiation to the frequencies of healthy lines. If the patient chose the game “Disease”, no advanced methods will pull him out of the quagmire of harmful lines.

Most often, people first try to solve their problems themselves. If a person decides to “give up” a bad habit, he succeeds. If he tries to “get rid” of her, the crook begins with “throwing” and frustrations. Gimp can last for years, because, for example, a smoker thinks he is performing a noble mission: “Smoking is bad for me and those around me. I will save myself and society from this addiction! ”But in fact, you want to smoke. “Here I am now one more, the last one, and that’s all, this is over!” Well, if at one moment a smoker does violence to himself, at another moment he will surely pity himself or give up the slack. Guess what mechanism works here? This equilibrium force seeks to eliminate excess potential. Violence is balanced by relief. Mark Twain said: “Stop smoking? Nothing is easier! I have done this a hundred times. ”

This game of “throwing”, as you understand, is called “I am ill and they treat me”. The intention is not clear, but the mind says that it is necessary to quit, so the habit declares war — they hate it, give it ultimatums, hunt for it, make solemn vows — in general, a whole dramatic theater with powerful and purest radiation at the frequency of the harmful lifeline.

To stop radiating at the frequencies of the bad habit, it is first necessary to have a pure intention. If giving up a habit is a conviction, not a duty, then the chances are already more than half. However, as a rule, the habit has a connection with a certain way of life of a person. For example, a smoker was used to “smoke breaks” in the intervals between work, and this became an essential attribute of work. Or, for example, in life, there are too many reasons to drink, especially if people from close surroundings do the same. So the habit becomes part of the lifestyle.

The habit is even more conveniently embedded in life because it is associated with emotional experiences or psychological protection. As you know, they begin to drink with joy or with grief, then there are more and more occasions, and then there is no longer any need for motives — just a desire to return to previous emotional experiences.

Breaking this connection between habits and emotions is very difficult. If the connection is already firmly rooted and you can’t imagine how you will live without it, then don’t try to at least play the game “I am ill and they treat me”, as this will not bring results, but will only complicate your life. If it is still possible to live with the habit, that is, if it has not gone too far, then it would be more reasonable to simply let go of the situation than to continue the useless struggle. When you let go of yourself, you will breathe more freely and, most likely, go to the lines where the habit will be more moderate.

If you are sure that your habit spoils your life, then it is very likely that you will succeed in having a pure intention. Then the first thing you need to break the connection habits with your emotional experiences and lifestyle. This means eliminating all sorts of reasons.

Motives can be eliminated gradually, one by one. For example, before any problem you are accustomed to “light” a cigarette — replace it with the method of failure or extinguishing the problematic pendulum. The end of the work has always been crowned with a good break — better feed yourself with your favorite delicacy. Communicating with smoking mates was always accompanied by a “ritual” — let them envy you. A cigarette before bedtime — pretend that you have forgotten. Well, and so on, you better know your reasons.

When the link between habit and lifestyle has been eliminated, she has nothing more to rely on. Then you can calmly and confidently say to yourself: “I refused from this.” I did not get rid of, but refused! Here at this moment, two traps are waiting for you.

The first trap is the thought that you gave up the habit. You remember this, gladly telling everyone that you have thrown. You think about it, which means you radiate energy at a frequency of the habit. Any thoughts of habit coincide with her in frequency. In this case, it will be very difficult to break the pendulum string and stay on the new line of life.

The second trap is to make an event from the fact of throwing. If you are still sorry to give up the habit, it will be a drama. If, on the contrary, you happily part with it — it will be a delight. Any emotions about this create an excess potential, which the equilibrium forces will immediately try to eliminate, and your know-how.

The only right thing is to simply give up and forget, without regret and without joy, as if nothing had happened. There is no importance, no thoughts, no emotions, no radiation — and you literally fall down from the harmful line, since you no longer match its parameters. That’s the whole secret.

But if you stop thinking about the habit so simply does not succeed, you should have another one. This means turning the vane of attention to another, alternative pendulum. For example, set a goal to improve your health and increase energy. As you know, bad habits and take away health and energy, so they can not get along with the goal. Tell yourself: now you do not smoke, but are engaged in improving your physical and energy body. Attention is already directed in the opposite direction. Similarly, you can get rid of annoying melodies in your head by starting to scroll through another. As soon as attention managed to be switched, the habit stops disturbing you.
