Midnight Sun — Interesting Questions

Over the years, I’ve had several reporters ask me, “What’s a question you wish someone would ask you, but no one ever has?” And I can never think of an answer. It feels like every question possible has at one point or another been asked. However, during the Midnight Sun press tour, I got several questions that were either totally new to me, or an unexpected twist on an old question. It was a lot of fun for me to think about some new angles. Since most of these questions are from international in...

Ahren Honeycutt Okay, so first things first you are really pretty, but my actual question is that: What made you want to write this book? What was your inspiration?

Clary EverdeenCullen I finished Midnight Sun today and.....WOW. I was totally blown away. To be honest, I liked Edward's point of view better. It seemed more logical and seemed to have lots of logic behind it. Thanks so much for writing this Stephanie!

Debra I’m a rereader too. The Twilight series is definitely one of my favorite rereads. Someone will ask me a question and I go back to that book to find the answer. I usually have no problem finding what I’m looking for and 30 minutes later I’m still reading. My other favorite reread is Rosina Pyatt’s The Marquess and Miss Yorke. It’s a very old Regency romance.

Denise Bauer I'm currently reading Midnight Sun and only on the 6th chapter. I really love it and enjoy reading from Edward's perspective. I was always Team Edward and this makes me love him even more!! I remember Bella being clumsy, but I don't remember her being that clumsy, almost to the point of annoyance, but I understand the reason for it!! So happy to be revisiting the Twilight Saga all over again!!

Debra I absolutely loved Midnight Sun. So neat to find out what Edward was doing when Bella wasn’t there to observe. Now Stephanie needs to write New Moon from Edward’s perspective. We need to know what was happening to him while he was attempting to track Victoria. Such a huge chunk of his time we no nothing about.
