Human beings started from an agricultural economy and progressed, through an industrial economy, to a knowledge economy. In most organizations, social or corporate, people still have very restricted roles like that of animals or machines in earlier ages. Indeed, we are trained for such roles since birth. But in today's world, we need people who can think. We need people who are creative, and we need open organizations that allow people to think, share and communicate.
