I’m thrilled to announce that my books WILLA OF DARK HOLLOW (http://bit.ly/DarkHollowOrder) and WILLA OF THE WOOD are being adapted into a live-action, multi-season television series.

Entertainment One (eOne) is working with renowned actress and producer Amy Adams and her Bond Group Entertainment company to bring Willa’s world to the screen. I’m so excited to be working with the team as an executive producer for the project.

We are currently developing the script for the series, which will be an action-packed, mystery-thriller geared for family viewing. Filming location, casting, and production and release dates are still to be determined.

eOne is a multinational producer and distributor of films and television programming, including award-winning and nominated movies “Green Book,” “La La Land,” “Wonder,” and TV series “Walking Dead,” “Criminal Minds,” “Designated Survivor,” “The Rookie” and “Peppa Pig.”

Amy Adams is a six-time Oscar nominee and two-time Golden Globe winner, acclaimed for her roles in the movies “Junebug,” ”Enchanted,” “American Hustle” and “Vice,” and the HBO series “Sharp Objects.” Her Bond Group is currently in pre-production on “Kings of America” for Netflix and developing series adaptations of Anna North’s novel “Outlawed” and Claire Lombardo’s “The Most Fun We Ever Had.”

It’s an honor to have Willa’s story in such talented and experienced hands. It’s been a longtime dream to see my books adapted for the screen and it’s deeply rewarding to play a role in that process.

I know that the adaptation of Willa of the Wood into a TV series will naturally raise questions about the possibility of adapting the Serafina Series. I don’t have any news that I can share with you at this time, but I’ll keep you posted.
