Update: Amazon US link is now live. Just pre-ordered.
The pre-order was $19.08. That is the most I've ever paid for a Kindle book. I almost didn't get it at that price. I like the series, but c'mom Greig, $19 for an ebook? Where's the usual $4.99 for your books?
Greig, if you check in, this is not about your books. They are great! Your stand alone books, series (especially Alex Hunter) are some of my favorites. You keep writing, I'll keep buying.
