Review of 'Pieces and Parts'

Pieces & Parts Pieces & Parts by Dawn Hosmer

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Lightning strikes twice.

Earlier this year I read Dawn Hosmer’s amazing book, ‘Bits and Pieces’. It captured my attention like no book had before. When I found out she was releasing a sequel, I stood in virtual line, chomping at the bit to get my hands on it. She didn’t disappoint.
It’s been five years since the events in Bits and Pieces and Tessa has adjusted to a happy, normal life. Having married the man of her dreams and come to grips with her gift and the events of the past, Tessa is content.
Then suddenly the flashes reappear.
She’s immediately thrown back into a world of doubt and suspicion. A world where there are very few people she can trust. Only now the police are looking at her. How can she explain what she isn’t sure of herself? Will she end up in jail or worse as she tries to find this new killer? And why are the flashes back?
To find out she’ll have to rely on her closest friends to help her sort out this mystery before the police haul her away.
Once again, I found myself addicted to reading this book until my eyes refused to stay open.
Ms. Hosmer has written another excellent pageturner. If you like mysteries with a slice of paranormal, this series should be at the top of your list.
