The next book is all about the home crew - Annabeth, John, Sandy, Tyler. Jason learned a lot at the Gathering and he puts it to use. Karl and Marius pop back up and we find out what's happened with the Rotten Mages war. It gets a bit dark at the end, but it sure makes for an exciting finish for the Rotten Mages story arc!
