Greetings, everyone! I hope this finds you all doing well. I know it's been some time since my last post here. As you're probably aware, I've been working on another project under a pen name, and it's been keeping me busy.
The good news is that the first book in my new series is out in stores now, and the second volume will be published this fall. And while I still haven't gotten permission to "officially" reveal the identity of my alter ego, it isn't really much of a mystery at this point. In fact, several people have noted the answer in their comments to my previous post.
So, if you don't know the answer to the mystery yet, you can read through the comments to solve it. Or you can click on over to Borders.com and do a search on "Mark Anthony". They've mistakenly put my real name on the entry for my new book instead of my pseudonym! (And no, it's not Girls from Da Hood 3!) Still haven't figured it out? As I've mentioned, my new series is different from The Last Rune in many ways. And yet the heart of the story is similar--it's about people who must rely on their newly-discovered magical powers as well as their friendship to prevent a darkness from devouring their world. You know, I think Brother Cy would understand!
