Atlantis, the inner temple

within

and beyond

both time and space

A place, where water

as the ultimate source

connects the breath.

Atlantis, a place before time

dwelling within a lifeline.

Remembering the ancient fall

as the water walls, formed us all.

As we took a deep breath

preparing to release, to let go

to be limber, relaxed, receptive;

All while allowing

the deep surrender-

A way to welcome a storm.

Atlantis, a place before time

As above, so below:

Sacredness,

revealed, as we know.

The first waves seemed to overcome us,

as it so often can feel in life.

Yet, we survived.

The second time, we were clever.

We adorned ourselves, prepared our inner beds

awaiting with great anticipation

for, what lay ahead

we knew

Can only be loving:

Truth

like stillness

though silent, still moving.

The waters within,

connecting with the waters without-

We knew without a doubt,

the waves shall come

as our inner prophets said.

We embraced it all,

while lying within stillness

in our beds

When the mystery unfolds,

we watch it all.

Observing the silent wonders

of grace as it is so often

known to us all.

The inner world of Atlantis

Divine love

within us.

A system of a world

not only outside of us.

There is an inner map,

and many dormant possibilities await us

on the inside.

Open to these healing creations

Now,

in this lifetime.

May all be blessed and all be well

just as water springing up from a water well

gives and brings life

birthing and bringing

healing and transformation

calmness and peace

with just one drink,

we open and expand

to breathe and be.

Moving the waters within, with love and sounds

bring forth the infinite inner and outer sound

harmony.
