New Release: So You Think You Can Dance?

Well, I think it’s officially autumn (the weather tells me so, anyway) which means it’s time for the release of Time Witch Book Three. I hope you guys enjoy cozying up with this one. As always, it’s free for those in Kindle Unlimited, and I’ve listed the store links and the blurb below. Happy reading 🙂

So You Think You Can Dance?

Book Cover for: So You Think You Can Dance?Death at the dance class …

As August draws to a close, Essie has a lot to contend with. She has an irritating ailment, she has no idea where Julian is, and Captain Wood has been ignoring her all summer long. So, when the insurance company gets a tip-off about a possible murder, she’s almost glad of the distraction. She and Seb set out to investigate a dance class, where they hope to find the answers. Essie’s never been a brilliant dancer, but in the supernatural style known as Not Strictly Ballroom, she may have found her niche.

When the class’s best dancer – and the chief murder suspect – has an unfortunate accident, Essie has to take her place. Her new dance partner could be a killer, or at the very least an accessory, but one thing Essie is certain of is that he’s a monumental jerk.

When yet another murder occurs, Essie and Seb are no closer to the truth. With the help of their family and friends, they begin to suspect that there is a lot more to this dance class than meets the eye. Could the missing Trent brother, Grady, be hiding in plain sight?

Essie hopes that the upcoming competition will lead her to the answers, but what if she’s dancing with death?

Valerie Brown Brilliantly-crafted magical mystery, superb 3rd in series
Thanks to A. A. Albright for an ARC of this book. I have chosen to write this honest review voluntarily and it reflects my personal opinion.
This is the third book in the Time Witch Series featuring Essie, her family and other familiar characters such as Gretel. It is best to read the series in order as this book picks up with Julian and Essie still apart and Essie still working on her recently - acquired magical skills. The cosy mystery murder case provides the opportunity for entertaining, convoluted descriptions of magic alongside this author's witty humour and romance, her imagination knows no bounds and there are twists and surprises throughout.
I have awarded this book a well -deserved 5 stars as it joins the other novels in this series and all her other stories set in this magical area of Ireland. Each series could be read as a standalone but I recommend reading all of them as they are interlinked with familiar characters (yes, the familiars are every bit as characterful and important!). They are suitable for children and young adults, but enjoyable at an age and older readers (like myself) will appreciate the clever wit and well-crafted stories. * I note some of the box sets are on special offer at the moment, and September 2923, don't miss this opportunity treat yourself to some cracking good reads!
