Premkumar (அன்புக்குமரன்) Ethirajulu (எத்தியரசன்) That sounds like a best Practice Roji. The organization for which I work utilizes the Your Voice Survey tool, allowing team members to anonymously fill out a questionnaire. But your approach has an advantage where we can get this answer irrespective of setting the happiness parameter and we can capture this by coming face to face. You seem to believe that "Individual elements like salary, perks, or the nature of their work, while essential, play a secondary role." Most of the associates attribute these to their happiness. they might be shortsighted, but that is how associate thinks. Well being in our organization are mostly linked to work-life balance. You seem to have a wider aspect attached to it.
