**Young Conquerors** - out in one month!
Hello Goodreads family!
It's with great pleasure I'm able to announce the upcoming publication of my second novel, "Young Conquerors," on September 10th, 2024.
It's once again set in Greece and the land of my ancestors and is narrated by the character of Hephaestion, who was the second half of Alexandros' soul, as Aristotle observed of the two of them, and the one who knew him best.
Alexandros is someone who of course, after his time in Greece and with Aristotle, later goes on to conquer the entire world - all without losing a battle - before he dies at 33.
That's never been the interesting part of his story to me.
Rather, what I've always found fascinating is how that unbeatable conqueror is created, and that's what this story is, narrated by the one who loved and knew him best.
In short: it's a story of a great
love that's been erased by history, and also the story of just how Alexandros became Great.
It's written for fans of Madeline Miller and "The Song of Achilles," and if you have a chance to add it to your "Want to Read list" and check it out - I so very much hope you enjoy!
It's been a true labor of love and passion over the course of an entire lifetime thus far, and I can't wait to share it with the world on September 10th, 2024.
