Good news! I’ve advanced to that stage in the manuscript-becomes-a-book metamorphosis in which my life becomes remarkably less complicated: Line Edits! (To be fair, I think the lives of the other hardworking people on the A5 team become increasingly complicated, but not me! Ha!) After some fairly harrowing revisions to book 2 (which you may recall is now titled BREAKING POINT!) we have come out clean on the other side with line edits (more specific revision requests) that aren’t nearly as scary as I feared (And I feared, believe me). I’m about halfway through those, and also working on Book 3. So yes. Life is good.
