Instant Coffee for Soul

The most common problem I’ve witnessed in the present world is of finding something desirable to do, without having a willingness to do anything except a routine job. That’s what happens when one doesn’t act on their soul purpose or what their intuition is telling them to do. If you’re someone willing to act on your passion, here are a few things I suggest to explore:

Creative work like art, sketching, painting, coloring, embroidery, weaving, woodwork, culinary arts, pottery, craft, etc.Journal your imagination/feelings/emotions/life stories/history.Gain new skills or polish your skill set through latest online courses.Read books and review them on the reader platforms, as well as join the readers’ clubs and online groups.Venture into the spiritual world (if you haven’t done it as yet) by watching the online channels of intuitives and spiritual readers. Once you have some command over your higher self, you may help others do the same by starting a spiritual business or channel of your own.Use your mobile/cam to take the pictures of nature, of the outside world, or of your loved ones and their life events. Share these with the elderly at home, or with those who can’t access social media, or with those who are technologically challenged.Help the disadvantaged people through the giving campaigns or social visits. Sharing their pains will heal your inner self too.Detach from the routine and make new friends who can uplift you and grow with you. We’ve billions of people out there. Avoid the company of those who are hurt and thus feel free to pass on their hurt to you, unless you’ve healed yourself to help them heal.Leave your fears behind and trust God and his children. Go to some physical and online social circles or communities, join their platforms, and read others’ views as well as freely share yours. Create an atmosphere of openness and trust for everyone on this earth.Take a random walk around your home/within your community. Lend a supportive hand or say a kind word to anyone who may need it. Smile at a child and you may get one smile back. Remember, what goes around comes around. 😊

Nourish your soul, as you come first! 🌹🌟
