Are you sure about that? Nope!

The truth is, I will never be 100% sure about anything. As an Author, I have this thought process when I am submitting final pages to my editor: This may not be perfect. But if I fall into the trap of perfectionism, I will never progress, always critiquing, always scrutinizing and thus, living in fear.

I live by an 80/20 principle. If I feel 80% confident with my work, then I turn it in. Because truth is, there may be a comma misplaced, or a paragraph not indented. At the end of the day, it's okay! Life cannot and will not always be perfect.

The important thing is to just go for it! Start something new. Challenge yourself. Don't let fear or bondage or the struggle to be perfect keep you from trying your best and reaching personal success in new ways!
