Between the 11th and the 17th of October 2024, Draft2Digital eliminated my account without warning (in contravention of their Ts&Cs) and removed all my books from their sales channels.

This wiped out over a 100+ ratings and reviews across Apple, B&N, Kobo, etc for my books.

I have no way to verify if final payments of royalties were made.

They refuse to answer contact requests.

I have responded by returning to Kindle Unlimited. Apparently Amazon is willing to do business with me.

As for Draft2Digital. I'm not impressed, and online research demonstrates that this has happened to other authors who have worked with them.
